Next Level Remodeling

We recently worked with Next Level to do a full kitchen gut and remodel. Part way through that renovation, we added a second contract for a deck that is part of a two phase backyard renovation. Working with Kyle, Brie, and the whole team at Next Level has been an exceptional experience. Their eye for design is superb. They strive to make sure the space is both beautiful and functional. I love to bake and have an exorbitant amount of baking supplies. Brie met with me literally measured all of my supplies to help me pick out bins and organizers for inside my cabinets so everything would fit and be easily accessible. They cared about every detail and they cared so much about my experience as their client. They are incredibly responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails. I never worried about not hearing back from them when I reached out with a question. I cannot recommend this company enough. I have my dream kitchen, an incredible deck, and a list of projects that I can’t wait to bring them back in to do in the future!

Kyle Baptiste is a master designer. Our ideas and his ideas meshed well in the plans to finish our basement. The communication before, during, and after construction by him and his crew, led by project manager Tony Padron, was something I appreciated; I feel updates are necessary so we could understand the process and construction more and it made us feel relaxed. Since completion, they’ve followed up, done touch ups, and are helping pick out some furniture we want to add to fit the rooms. Highly recommend.

I spent 10 years mentally redesigning my kitchen, consuming HGTV for ideas, screen shooting inspirational items, endlessly googling products and reviews until this culinary nirvana took it's final form in my mind and it was time to pull the trigger. Like many others, I've been bamboozled by "Chuck-in-a-Truck"'s before with home repairs, so I wanted to make certain my money was being spent well. I came across NLR doing work on a neighborhood house while walking my dog. It was dumpster in the driveway, sitting on top of a protector to ensure a damage free driveway that caught my eye and as the days passed I watched the work from the outside and was just impressed. I researched reviews, BBB info, state licensing site - everything and felt confident that I found the right group. Kyle & Pheobe were able to reach inside my head and pull out a design that took my idea and elevated it. They understood my need for function, timeless beauty and easy maintenance. Beyond that, they weren't just "yes" designers happy to take my money. They gave frank honest feedback and weren't afraid to tell me what wouldn't work, then suggest something that did - they also were receptive to the same from me. Ron & Will were amazing - down to earth, respectful of my property and a joy to have working in my house. Ron took the effort to clean the saw dust out of my garage at night, made sure everything was left like he hadn't been toiling away there all day - and his passion for craftsmanship (and love of food) was apparent! It's both freeing and scary to trust a firm with a complex project like this; bringing your vision to life when your expectations are so high, hiring subcontractors, finding materials, timing, etc. NLR is like family, working with them was a joy and my house is a little emptier without one of them popping by to show me a sample or sneak a peek (or drool over the final product.. yes Kyle I saw) or simply just tinkering with something. But now, I have my soul kitchen - beyond my expectations, it fits me like a glove and, they just finished building my patio! I couldn't love this house any more (except, maybe with some updated bathrooms...) it's finally looking and feeling like MY house and I'm forever grateful to my NLR family! ❤️❤️❤️

Kyle and the Next Level Remodeling team are a class act, a full service remodeling team that treats your project as if it's their own property. Our kitchen project included construction and a full remodel. We were provided transparency to the design process and the freedom to suggest alternatives and question the team's output in a way that made my wife and I feel like our voices were being heard throughout the process. Admittedly, they have good taste, in our opinion, so that made the process easier. Our original project manager got into a car accident early on in the process and, rather than make excuses, Kyle and his team had a team working nights, weekends to get the job done. Also, his contractors are reputable and respectful. I felt comfortable having them in my house whether I was on site or not. The team sold our old appliances and cabinets and helped expedite the procurement of new appliances during COVID as availability was challenging. Not only is their work beautiful and well done but the whole crew is fun to work with and very down to earth. I enjoyed working with them and having them in my home. They made our basement and kitchen spaces remarkably stunning. I walk around my house wondering what else we could hire them to do in the future!

Our family used Next Level for the Attic conversion in Haddon Township. We could not be happier with the space. Project stuck to budget, started and ended right on time and the team was prompt and communicative throughout the whole process. Three years ago I bought my home in Haddon Twp. knowing there were renovation that needed to be done. The last phase was to add a kitchen nook and a full bathroom but knew it would be tricky. I wanted to keep the charm of nearly 100 year old home and it was important to me to make my home unique but keep with the feel of this charming neighborhood. I spoke with a few builders and immediately knew they were not interested in my project. This was not going to be a huge addition and they clearly did not share my vision. When I met with Mark Incollingo, he was motivated and had so many great ideas. He actually told me he really wanted to take on this project. I never heard that from any other contractor. He even, “talked me off the ledge” during the Variance process and got me through it. Mark worked with me and stayed on track with my budget. There were no surprises with extra unexpected expenses. They were clear and outlined the process and actually had a team to make this project that I envisioned, for 3 years, a reality. They made me feel this small addition was their top priority. They designs they presented to me were amazing! They listened to everything I wanted and came back with plans that far exceeded my expectations. They turned ordinary into extraordinary. My project manager, Jim Burch, was there every day and went above and beyond with explaining everything that was being done. He knew I could not be on the scene while the work was being done and met me every morning before I had to leave for work to make sure I was up to date with what was being worked on each day. This was no easy task since he lived an hour away. I totally trusted Jim and his team in my home, which they treated with respect as if it was their own. I want to thank Kyle, Mark, Jim and Chris along with the rest of their team for all they hard work to make sure any of my concerns were resolved and this project was completed to my satisfaction. Next Level Remodeling is the perfect name for this company. They take any home project no matter how big or how small to the Next Level. Clearly, I cannot say enough about this company. Kyle and the Next Level Remodeling team re-did the windows of our entire house several years ago, and we were SO thrilled with the experience that we of course came back to them when it was time to replace our roof this year. As with our windows, the entire process was painless. Kyle was responsive and kept us updated in every phase, his team was onsite when scheduled, supervision of the project kept things moving forward as planned, and the end result looks fantastic. We hired Next Level Remodeling for a design/build in our Master Bedroom. We needed better storage and lighting and their plan was beautifully thought out with a lot of ingenuity and flair! The cabinetry was beautiful and the craftsmanship was meticulous. The whole process was a great experience with an outstanding result. Can’t wait to use them for our next project!
