Alla and Vlad are best in class designers and contractors! Previously with other companies we’ve remodeled our kitchen and other spaces and NextGen Design and Build far exceeded our expectations!! They are extremely experienced, and apply their knowledge and skills to every detail. It started with an in-house consultation with visits to their design center. Once we had a plan, they gutted and expanded our kitchen in a true HGTV like experience with new beams and down to the studs. They operate an organized, and timely list of high quality subcontractors each of whom were true craftsmen in their own trade! Everyone was on time, on budget with the highest quality workmanship - ensuring what few issues arose were addressed timely and with the utmost care.They’re a homeowners dream team. Can’t wait to use them again for our next remodel adventure!!! A big plus is they’re also genuinely kind and humble with a wonderful extended family. Highly recommend.

Love the beautiful job they did on removing the drywall and installing a new stairway bannister for an open, updated look. They were great on communicating at all stages, showed up on time, cleaned up each day, and finished on schedule. It was the easiest remodel project I’ve ever done! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again to highly recommend them. They are awesome!

Our experience with NextGen was great! We had been struggling, and a little overwhelmed with where and how to start our home renovation project on our own. We had ideas, but needed help pulling together the vision and organizing the construction. We found NextGen on Facebook. Alla was a tremendous help guiding the design process and selection of materials and finishes, and Vlad did a great job managing the construction at our home. They provided exactly the service we needed to accomplish our project. Other things that are important; communication - they were responsive, transparent, easy to work with, and friendly. Management of the Project - my home was kept clean (important since we were living in it), trades were well coordinated and held accountable, the project was completed ahead of schedule and with no surprises related to the budget. Quality – the quality of work and attention to detail was very good. It’s also worth mentioning, this is a local family run business, and they have a clean and well-organized show room to aid in the selection of materials. I highly recommend NextGen and would work with them again in the future.

We had a great experience working with NextGen! We opened up our staircase with a new railing and beautiful hardwood stairs - what a difference! We also replaced our stove hood and cabinet above with a new chimney hood and tile up to the ceiling. Vlad and Alla were great to work with and kept in constant communication. NextGen team was great! They did a really high quality floor refinishing job at a very reasonable price, and finished faster than the original estimate! Clean up was meticulously done, and hardwood looks much, much better than before! I highly recommend NextGen to anyone in need of a remodeling project - these guys are real pros!
