Northeast Kitchen Remodel & Design Build

We had our kitchen remodeled starting in February of this year. The design team helped up design our dream kitchen. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship that all of the workers provided. They were very professional, courteous and always cleaned up after themselves. Tim, the lead carpenter did an excellent job with scheduling the sequence of work. Josh, the carpenter who installed our floor and all of the cabinets is very meticulous, quality oriented and courteous. He is a true professional. Our project was completed on time and on budget. We are so pleased with our kitchen remodel, that we plan and having Northeast remodel our bathroom. We highly recommend Northeast Design and Build.

Last year I hired northeast to renovate my kitchen and my bathroom. Both rooms were completely demoed and had to be redesigned. I had plumbing issues that Included leaky pipes, pipes that had to be moved, and plumbing that had to be completely reconfigured. Everyone employed by Northeast is a complete professional and truly excellent at what they do. The materials that are used are of the highest quality and I’m just so happy with my kitchen and bathroom. I decided to redo my bedroom and en suite and now Northeast is back working on that and it is beautiful. I would be more than happy to speak to anyone who would like to hear a recommendation directly from someone who’s worked with Northeast.

Kitchen renovation one year ago- still not done and no one follows up or returns calls. Started out fine- we are still waiting for parts and accessories. Disappointed.

NE Kitchen and Flooring, was the best experience, my family has ever had with any contractor of any kind. They treat you like family, Giving suggestions, when asked for, and always willing to do as requested. We had our kitchen and attached room totally gutted and re-done, It was the best thing we could have done. NE found big problems with part of the foundation, and helped us find the right fix for us. At all times they kept in communication with us about what was going on and when each issue would be worked on. We asked many questions during the building and always got a very promped and profrtional answer. We would use them again in a heart beat.

Northeast Kitchen and Flooring Center remodeled my kitchen during the summer of 2018. The company is extremely professional and reliable. Their team of workers are very meticulous and the quality of work is exceptional. They were very prompt in meeting deadlines and always showed up when scheduled. I am so pleased with my kitchen. It was so small! They expanded my workspace by breaking a wall between my kitchen and dining room and managed to give me so much more counter and cupboard space. After waiting more than 30 years for a new kitchen, I can finally fit my very large family all together for holidays and get-togethers! From my designer, to the very professional team of workers, to the administrative staff, thank you so much for an exceptional job!!

Last May I contracted Northeadt Kitchen and Flooring to remodel a kitchen. I had one month to complete the job, which was completed on time. The cabinets are beautiful as is the granite countertops and the backsplash. The workers were prompt and professional and always left the premises very neat. I highly recommend this company

Very happy to say northeast kitchen and flooring did a spectacular job on our kitchen. The project manager was very helpful and super professional, love the way he worked, never messy and always cleaned up after himself. That means a lot since we were in the house when all this was taking place. Thank you . The deadline was met and also but a few additions, budget was as expected. Designer to the project was very helpful to us, We didn't quite know what we wanted but she put it all together and looks Great. We would like to Thank North East Kitchen and Flooring for the excellent job they did at our home. To explain further, we had a major appliance leak, the Kitchen was totaled. Our insurance company was quick to demo the damage kitchen, but the rebuild was much slower and complex. Mike and his team had the experience to navigate these insurance complexities and quickly get the project started! We were then put on the fast track to kitchen design and codes. Keep in mind , due to our circumstance, we didn't plan for a Kitchen renovation ; so we had no plan. North East Kitchen designer Renee took the extra time to quickly bring us up to speed on the latest trends and future outlook of Kitchen design. She also set us up with a colorist for paint color options. The plan was implemented by North East Kitchen project manager Joe. The execution was precise. Joe promoted two way communication throughout project - - getting feedback from us at all phases. Additionally, some non-kitchen issues were identified, and North East kitchens was versatile enough to correct these problems too. Finally, we would recommend Northeast Kitchen and flooring to anyone that needs a " total quality" kitchen and flooring service. Bob & Jackie L

Each and every individual we dealt with throughout the project reiterated that their goal was to make the customer happy and that every problem had a solution; they certainly delivered on that promise. I'll just start by saying that we could not be happier with results; Northeast Kitchen and Flooring Center knocked it out of the park! We just recently remodeled our kitchen, dining room, and living room. This was a large project for us and we were quite stressed at the prospect of such a large commitment / undertaking. After meeting with several contractors, the choice was quite clear. Debi was there from start to finish and helped us picked out every detail of the remodel (thankfully). Josh and the entire crew were incredibly courteous and professional. It also helps that their workmanship is second to none. If you're contemplating moving forward with any size project, I can confidently say that you will not regret choosing the team at Northeast Kitchen and Flooring Center.

Everyone who worked in our home displayed superior craftsmanship. They completed their respective tasks meticulously and with great attention to every detail.
