We recently had the pleasure of working with Cezar at Nu Dimension for a complete bathroom renovation, and we cannot express how satisfied we are with the results. Cezar did a fantastic job. The results from my double bathroom renovation are amazing. Cezar completed the job on time - which is a miracle in the renovation world. He worked hard to pull that off. Cezar is a one man renovation machine who made our dream bathroom a reality! It's been 7 months since he finished the complete floor to ceiling renovation of our bathroom and we absolutely love it. I take great pleasure in writing a review of my new media room completed in my Seascapes home by Nu Dimensions Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Ltd. I’ve asked an individual to help me evaluate Nu Dimensions owner, Cezar Czachor’s, work, Jack Wilshire, whose experience is in the construction trades. Jack’s bona fides are he worked in residential construction here in West Vancouver all throughout at university and he worked with some outstanding builders to construct some incredible multi-million dollar homes. What follows is my description of Nu Dimensions work based on Jack’s metrics and my words. A concrete walled room under the garage's concrete floor was meant by the builder to house a transformer but was not used for one. As a result the floor was pitched down to the center where there was a drain. I decided to build a media room instead. Nu Dimensions, our constructor, leveled the floor with cork filler flooring that he poured to cover the pitched floor. That’s an area (pardon the pun) Cezar starred. Jack and I saw in Cezar’s finished work the same quality we see in five star quality homes. Cezar completely transformed the under the garage's bare storage space from a cold dark concrete enclosure with; spider-dwelling, dusty atmosphere, developer left rubble, cobweb draped walls, into a warm, high-tech and highly comfortable media room. The first order, as stated, was to fill a large dip in the floor. This was no small job, and the ease with which Cezar breezed over doing

Cezar was amazing - helpful and efficient. He came up with great ideas to help us realize our vision for a beautiful bathroom and delivered on every detail. The project came in under budget too! He was highly recommended by friends and we agree.

His attention to detail and passion for his work is noticeable in everything he does. Cezar is able to translate a design idea into reality - it show that he has a strong design sensitivity and a creative mind. During construction Cezar offered many useful design suggestions - he really cared about the final product. His work ethic is remarkable - he is reliable and trustworthy. When Cezar was finished construction he left our home beautiful and spotlessly clean. What really stands out to me about Cezar is how honest and considerate he is. It was a pleasure working with him.

We are very pleased with the complete renovation of our bathroom. Cezar did an amazing job from start to finish. From the prep to the final cleanup, everything was done with precision and knowledge. Cezar was very helpful and engaged with all aspects of the project and any issues that arose were solved with skill and good humor. NU-Dimension Carpentry & Tiling completely overhauled our master bedroom en suite bathroom. Design, materials selection, hardware, lighting, electrical, plumbing, finish painting, etc. The whole deal! The main feature being a curb-less walk in shower. It's a very modern and minimalist look. There was even some somewhat tricky structural re-working that was needed in the bathroom renovation. NU-Dimension did it all with great skill and forethought. We are very happy with the final product. We hope to work with NU-Dimension again on future projects.

NU-Dimension Carpentry & Tiling built us a beautiful, well crafted deck that we love! From the initial assistance on design through the completion of the project, the professionalism, attention to detail, and overall quality of the work was outstanding. The deck project involved some unique aspects including a slope to for rain screened area under the deck and its purpose to suit for custom build storage for our fire wood. The help with the overall design was well thought out and constructed exactly as planned with no surprises along the way. The work crew was also very thorough in their clean up leaving no trace of any debris, etc. We would highly recommend NU-Dimension Carpentry & Tiling to anyone wanting a quality product from a highly reliable company.

Cezar did a total reno of our dated West End apartment this summer. He was polite, efficient, respectful, a good communicator, and most importantly, he did a fabulous job! His workmanship is first-rate, and he brings a keen eye and design sensibility to his craft. When there were problems he offered cost effective solutions and kept the project on track. In addition to tiling and carpentry, Cezar took care of the electrical, plumbing, flooring installation and painting, saving the trouble and expense of having to hire sub-trades. I have no hesitation in recommending Cezar to anyone seeking a high quality cost-effective renovation.

We recently moved into a 20 year condo in the North Vancouver area that needs a lot of work - we are pretty handy and can do most in-home renos, however we know our limitations and a full master bathroom renovation was not in our skill-set! We found Cezar through Houzz.com and liked the look of his work, and the positive reviews. Cezar is a very easy going guy and we felt comfortable in giving him this project. Full remodel of our 120 sf master-bathroom: full demolition of old standard shower and hot-tub, down to the studs and then build new large walk-in shower, heated flooring throughout, new vanity, storage area, lighting, heated-towel bar. We were able to do most of the demo work ourselves, and left the rest to Cezar. Overall we are very happy with the end result - Cezar is an excellent tiler - he has a great eye for detail and obviously brought many years of experience to the project. His material and design suggestions were welcomed, and we have no regrets about hiring him and the final result.

Cezar Czachor of NU-Dimension came in to finish our reno after our contractor walked off the job (Henkel Constructions). Because we had such a horrible experience with the previous contractor, we didn't understand how good the renovating experience can and should be. Cezar is not only a very talented craftsman, he is also more than capable of completing trade work such as plumbing and electrical to standards that are higher than many tradespeople. The key elements here are care and honesty. Cezar was ALWAYS prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that the quality of the project was to the highest possible standard. Most contractors, regardless of their skill level, would simply overlook foundational flaws (uneven floors or walls, poorly placed electrical receptacles, weak structure, poor insulation, etc) and continue on the project for the sake of meeting deadlines or budgets. Cezar understood the importance of doing the job correctly and worked long hours to keep to deadlines. Cezar kept meticulous and accurate record of his hours and materials. His rates are reasonable and there was never a question about any of his charges on his invoices. In the end, Cezar restored our confidence in the trades and we love our house. There really are good people out there who will work tirelessly to complete renos with the utmost care and honesty - Cezar/NU-Dimension is one of them.

This recommendation from us is based on our experience with Cezar for some work done on our daughter's house eight years ago; kitchen tiling work on our own home; and very recently some more specialized kitchen tiling work (including shelf), drywall, floor tiling at the entrance, some finishing carpentry and ancillary electrical modifications on our house. We have found him exceedingly competent and conscientious in all the work, as far as very fair and reasonable in his hours and costs. In addition, he has made many helpful design related suggestions, as to exactly what needs to be done to accomplish changes to blend seamlessly with the rest of our house. Cezar was engaged to build a 21st century guest bathroom with new porcelain wall and floor tiles, plumbing fixtures, shower, toilet and 4 drawer cabinet which required a complete demolition of the previous bathroom. He provided a complete scope of work covering the demolition and construction, and fulfilled all of his responsibilities admirably. In the preparation for the work to be done, he presented a number of competent, well developed design ideas which aided my understanding of the design possibilities for the room. Cezar has great understanding of the work from his long experience, and possesses outstanding skills and knowledge with an overriding very pleasant attitude toward his clients, and suppliers. He completed the work within the time required. The budget was increased as a result of changes made at my request, and through no fault of Cezar. I found his quiet, but very competent advice on colours for the tiles and paintwork invaluable, and a much better bathroom was created as a result.
