After suffering through renovations with other companies, I Finally can say I had an all-round positive experience with O’Hanlon . From the design stage to the project management and the workmanship and execution, this wonderful company has their act together. I finally found a company that I will go back to for future work!

O'Hanlon Kitchens carried out a total renovation of our kitchen and laundry area: new cabinets, appliances, flooring, lighting, painting. They also extended the flooring to adjacent hallways and closets, and replaced the fireplace surround and hearth with quartz matching that in the kitchen. Tracy was very professional and helpful in the design stage, Melanie and Chris supervised and orchestrated the work schedule, and Justin and Adolph did the heavy lifting on the installation and carpentry end. We were very pleased with the workmanship and with the final realization of the design goals. Everyone was very easy to deal with and very responsive to questions and concerns. The subcontractors were all handled by O'Hanlon and did very good work. The initial cost amount was the final cost amount. We feel that we recived great value for the money.

O'Hanlon gave us the bathroom remodel we had hoped for. They worked to ensure that every aspect of the project was completed to our satisfaction.

Our experience with O’Hanlon was wonderful from our first meeting with Betsy, the designer, through installation and the finished product. During our first conversation with Betsy, she really listened to what we wanted and asked a lot of questions about the function and flow of the kitchen. We initially planned to just replace our mid-90’s cabinets using the same layout, remove some beams from the ceiling, and update the lighting, Betsy recommended a couple small layout changes we hadn’t considered that improved the look, flow, and function of the kitchen and created a great lighting plan. Our installer, Dustin, did a fantastic job. He made a point of letting us know what was happening at every stage of the process. He was very detailed with his work, you’d never know there were once beams on the ceiling, and kept everything neat and clean as he went. As much as I loved the look of our kitchen when it was done, I love it even more now that we’ve been living with it for a few weeks. Our new kitchen is light and bright and the flow and function is even better than I thought it would be. I highly recommend O’Hanlon Kitchens for any level of kitchen renovation.

Our experience with O’Hanlon was an unbelievably pleasant experience. From design- Tracy is absolutely THE BEST!!! She had a vision we couldn't see and we're so glad we trusted her. To construction- Rob, he was so helpful, caring, & dedicated to his craft. Meticulous & very detail oriented, friendly, & pleasant as well. To the electric & plumbing contractors- great work & willing to adjust to our needs. To Chris, who oversaw it all & helped with our seriously awkward fridge/room opening situation! They all function like a well oiled machine. So thankful we trusted our gut & went with this company. Thank you O’Hanlon a million times over for giving us the kitchen of our dreams!

O'Hanlon Kitchens have been amazing once again. I'm still LOVING the remodel of our kitchen. When we had a small problem with a manufacturer's defect on the cabinet handles, Melanie took care of it right away. I can't tell you just how wonderful everyone at O'Hanlon kitchen's is. They really listen to the customer and their work is amazing. I definitely recommend that you consider using them if you are planning a remodel. KathyM

From designing my new kitchen to planning the process to completing the project, O’Hanlon was very professional. They offered good suggestions, communicated well, responded quickly and finished the work on time and on budget. In addition, they were really nice to work with! They also managed the sub-contractors (plumber, electrician and countertop manufacturer) to keep everything on schedule. I love my new kitchen!

We decided to update out circa 1980’s kitchen to something a little more current. My wife and I had a few ideas and I sketched them out. As usual, when I am about to take on a large project, I obtained a few estimates for comparison. We had come across O’Hanlon Kitchens a few years ago at a home trade show, and I had kept their card. I remember them being friendly, so I added them to the estimate process. We met with Tracy our designer. She listened to our dreams and viewed the sketches I created. What she produced was exactly what we wanted. The other companies came close but didn’t nail it spot on like Tracy. Obviously, we chose O’Hanlon Kitchens. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. Having a kitchen removed from your life for a few weeks is a lot more dramatic than it sounds. The sales rep Melanie and our carpenter Adolph kept to the schedule (even on a few snowy days). There was never a “by the way there is an additional cost”, even with a few work arounds because of the design of our home. The result was exactly what we wanted for the price we were quoted You need to trust the company you choose, your designer and your carpenter and we were able to do that. If you are thinking about getting a remodel, do me a favor and install under cabinet lighting and make all of your lighting fixtures LED. You won’t regret it. We are so glad we choose O’Hanlon Kitchens for our kitchen renovation. It was easy working with our designer Tracy. She understood my vision. My vision is was further shared with my project manager Chris and his assistant Melanie. They were always available to answer questions and give reassurance. It is as challenging trying to find available appliances due to Covid. My design called for removal of a wall, changing heating system and creating a walk-in pantry. I also had a few custom cabinet pieces installed. Covid delayed the start of our project but once it started it moved along as expected. My contractor Ron arrived each day on time and cleaned up each day before leaving. Ron expected excellence in his workmanship and if something wasn’t quite right, he’d do it over. He always went over each morning what he had planned to accomplish that day. He consulted details with me. I always knew what to expect. Rob designed my walk in pantry from a picture I had given to Melanie. It has shelves to accommodate storage baskets, a butcher block counter, a place to hang and plug in my chargeable Dyson, and custom split barn doors. I am so pleased with all the new space! I would highly recommend O’Hanlon for any kitchen remodel. Quality products to choose from, good subcontractors, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service.

O'Hanlon was extremely easy to work with. One of the reasons that we chose to go with them is that after the consultation on our old kitchen, they presented us with ideas of what we could do to improve the space. All other contractors that we met with would not do that unless we signed on with them. They also gave us the most detailed budget. There were a lot of "this could end up costing this.... or this" with other contractors but O'Hanlon's quote came in as "the most this will cost is X, hopefully it will be less". I for one appreciated that because we were not surprised by any expenses that arose when we opened up the walls (we had to move plumbing, electric and HVAC). The folks working in our house were great, friendly, same faces every day so you feel very comfortable. You could tell that our carpenter really card about our project and approached it as an individual project rather than a cookie cutter assignment. Our kitchen is AMAZING. But the best part? THEY FINISHED ON TIME. How often does that happen???
