Oakvale took on our remodeling job which involved a transformation of most of our first floor(living room, dining room, kitchen) into an open concept design. They also created a more functional space for an upstairs bedroom suite. The results were phenomenal! Being an old house, they encountered many issues along the way, but always came up with ingenious ways to make our vision become a reality.We couldn’t be happier with the final product. Costa, Nick and the team at Oakvale built us an addition to make our first home our forever home. They transformed our house from a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home to a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with mudroom, office, fireplace and extra closets. We viewed various projects completed by Oakvale Homes & Development on their website, and liked what we saw. After meeting with Nick and Costa, we were certain this was the company we wanted to work with to remodel our bathroom. They were attentive to our needs, offered innovative and creative ideas, and assured us that this would be a cooperative project. True to their word, we were consulted throughout the remodeling process. Nick, Costa, and their crew were so easy to work with; we definitely made the right decision! Our home was never left in disarray; they cleaned up after each day's work. And unlike other contractors we have worked with, the bathroom remodel was completed during the time frame we were given and well within the budget we were quoted. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Oakvale resources - Costa and Nick. They worked in a very professional manner, in both planning and production services. Very helpful in listening to our needs and making suggestions that led to a final product that we are very happy with. Their work was completed in a timely and thorough manner. They were very accurate on their all their timelines. The proposed costs were very comparable with other proposals we received. Our final costs actually came in lower than what was in our contract agreement. We are very happy with our remodelled kitchen. Will enjoy it for many years to come.

These guys were awesome to work with and trustworthy- they were upfront and honest about every detail that helped make our 100 year old home, updated for our young family to live in! They were extremely patient as our fha loan took longer to process as well as kind about some last minute changes in design! I would hire them again. They left no project unfinished !

Hired Oakville Homes & Development to do a complete remodel of our bathroom and were more than satisfied with the work. Costa & Nick were very professional and easy to work with. The scope of work they provided was very detailed and all of the cost estimates were spot on so there weren't any surprises along the way. Not to mention their workmanship is impeccable and worth every dollar! We will definitely be hiring them again for future home projects!
