I had been planning to do my kitchen for a while but was hesitant due to previous bad experiences. Once I met Nathalia and Pepe, I knew that they were the right ones for my project. They were both always on time, were always there when they said they would be, and their team were great and whenever I had an idea of changing something they would do so without any complaint or hesitation. Nathalia and Pepe both have exceptionally good eyes for detail. I was leaving on vacation and there was a probability that the job would not be finished, so I spoke to them about seeing if they thought they could finish before, and they moved things along faster and finished before I left for my vacation. I can't say enough about this company. They just did our kitchen and master bath, and they are fabulous! Their design and product recommendations were right on with what I had envisioned for the rooms, and it all fit within our budget. Nathalia, Pepe and their crew are so easy to work with and the customer service is top notch.

Our kitchen is spectacular! The initial discernment process on which direction to move forward with our kitchen was a bit challenging. We ended up meeting with several contractors and were turned off upon learning they would subcontract the majority of the work. Pepe and Nathalia from OC Architecture simplified the process. They recommended we re-lacquer our existing cabinets due to the quality of the wood and assisted us with the very delicate, material selection process for the counter tops, inclusive of potential color combinations. They invited us to visit their showroom/ facility where all of the carpentry work is done by its own staff. Nathalia and Pepe have aligned themselves with leading countertops manufacturers providing us a wide selection of various quartz finishes and handle selections. Their in home installers completed the kitchen project on time, with Pepe and Natalia in constant communication. Our kitchen is not only gorgeous, but spectacular.

Natalia and her team were amazing to deal with on the design and Pepe and his team were very punctual and professional with their work. They always showed up everyday and Pepe was great with the total communication on who will be showing up and when. We are very happy with total outcome. I highly recommend using them!

Simply amazing from start to finish. Guiseppe and Nathalia along with their whole team were so great from the initial idea of the project all the way through the completion. We decided to do a full kitchen remodel and they helped us design the new layout, select material, and completed the job beautifully. Communication was always easy and fast and every step of the way we felt included in the whole process to really make the whole project easy to understand and come together. All of the workers were great and really friendly. The whole project for us took about 2.5 weeks to finish so it was also done really fast, but definitely didn’t lack any quality. Highly recommend their whole team for any type of project and we are definitely going to them first if there are future projects for us.

This review is long overdue, but there is a silver-lining in it as well. Our kitchen/bathroom/tv wall/floor renovation was completed in December of 2022, so we've had a year to live and work in it. I can tell you that we are 100% happy with the quality and design of our kitchen and bathroom! Most times, reviews are written immediately after all of the work has been completed, but in this case, I can tell you that our house still looks and functions as if it were brand new. Nathalia and Pepe build quality kitchens and bathrooms (and whatever else you need) so you can be sure that your investment will last. I cannot recommend working with Nathalia and Pepe more. If I could use one word to characterize them, it would be trustworthy. From the initial consult and design, to the final touches and everything in-between, they truly have your best interests at heart. Nathalia is an amazing designer that takes your ideas and vision to a completely different level. I never thought our kitchen could look as unique and beautiful as it does. Pepe is extremely honest and will tell you what can and can't be done, but is also full of great and innovative ideas. Together, they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Having been through the process with them, I can honestly say that they are personally invested in each project that they undertake. It truly felt like they were renovating their own home, with the level of care and attention that they had while working on our project. We will be renovating our master bedroom in the future and Nathalia and Pepe will absolutely be our contractor of choice.

We have used several contractors over the years for various issues with our house, and we really weren’t looking forward to having to do it all over again for our kitchen renovation. OC Architectural Woodwork was our first choice but based on the reviews and photos of their work, we didn’t think they would be anywhere near our budget. After meeting with other larger companies, we figured why not give them a call to see where they fell on the budget spectrum? Imagine our surprise when they came in EXACTLY at our budget!! My husband and I were looking to do renovations on our kitchen and flooring in our living room, dinning room and entry hall. We live in Albany, NY and own a condo in Weston, FL. I searched the internet for businesses that could provide the services needed and identified three. I contacted the three and each came out to determine the scope of work and provide an estimate. Natalia and her husband worked with us over zoom. We were able to agree on a design and Natalia's expertise as an architect we found to be invaluable. It became clear during the process that both Natalia and Pepe are both professionals with a high level of integrity and very very pleasant to work with. They began the work while we were still in Albany and then we flew to Florida to escape the cold. We were very please with what they had accomplished i.e., gutting kitchen, electrical wiring and plumbing. The work was finished about three weeks later. We love, love love our kitchen and floors. We highly recommend this business and gave it high ratings.

I have a small condo original kitchen built 1980. The kitchen was poorly designed with the stove right next to the refrigerator and a large section of unutilized space. I had so little room that I had to have a rolling cart with my toaster oven on it – and no microwave but instead the old ugly yellow hood. Nathalia did an incredible design that utilized all my kitchen space and was able to give me 2 square feet (probably a little more) of additional counter space. She moved the refrigerator and put it in a cabinet, with an additional long cabinet and extra pull out cabinets on the side. She also centered the stove with two counters with 3 large drawers underneath on each side. She made my kitchen seem larger by utilizing the space. I also have plenty of beautiful white shaker cabinets with nickel pulls and quartz counters and backsplash. Their employees are all friendly, hard-working and courteous. I got a few estimates, same price range, but this design was by far the best. I also appreciate that a week before Nathalia and Pepe went on vacation, Nathalia took the time to come to my condo to take measurements and had many suggestions for the kitchen and gave me a detailed written estimate. Customer service is very important. They care for their customers. I highly recommend OC Architectural Woodwork. Thank you again for my beautiful kitchen!

We interviewed a number of kitchen remodelers, and ended up on OC architectural woodwork. they were slightly pricier than other quotes we got, but the quality surpassed the others, and they were upfront with pricing and details (i'm certain the cheaper quotes were just giving us bare minimum and we would have had to add on requests and all in price would have ended up being the same). Communication was clear, they worked diligently and efficiently, and we are so happy with the outcome of our kitchen. Preparing a remodel of any kind is a daunting undertaking, and finding the right contractor is the most important step. Because we were not only remodeling a kitchen and bathroom, but also redesigning the entire footprint of the space, we had a very hard time. We interviewed contractor after contractor, none of whom could really tackle the complexity of what we needed. Then we met Pepe and Natalia. Aside from being patient, attentive, creative and professional in our very first meeting, the pair showed a genuine interest in our project, and we left with a feeling we had yet to experience with any other contractor...trust. Upon seeing our home, and intently listening to how we aspired to utilize the space, Pepe and Natalia were able to come up with a completely new layout. As we approached demolition, they suggested materials and vendors, but also did not impose choices upon us...we never once felt pressured or limited because of vendor relationships they may have had. Again, trust. Once the project began, Pepe and Natalia were accessible and constantly overseeing work being done. An important feature of the company that cannot be overstated is the disposition of the workers. Friendly, always smiling, always willing to answer a question....from the flooring guys to the electricians to the plumbers and beyond...It's almost as if personality is as important as skill for Pepe and Natalia! Lastly, the finished product...Pepe and Natalia are meticulous. The project was not "complete" until every detail was considered. Whereas some contractors could walk away from a project that appears "completed" to a customer who may think he/she is satisfied, Pepe and Natalia don't consider a project completed until THEY are satisfied. Today, when we walk into our home it is as if we moved. The aesthetics, functionality, warmth, and originality of the finished product is beyond what we'd envisioned. When choosing a contractor for your home renovation, look no further...Pepe and Natalia are a pleasure to work with, extremely fair and competitive on price, and will surpass your expectations...OC Architectural Woodwork (did I mention that Pepe custom makes the majority of the woodwork!) is an A+

Pepe and Nathalia did an amazing job with our kitchen renovation. From the design to the execution they were spot on with what we wanted. Nathalias computer design at the start really helped us to envision the end result and was a big help in making the decision to go forward and renovate the kitchen. Then Pepe and his crew did a great job getting everything demoed and then installed in a rather quick time frame (our only hold up was waiting for appliances which was covid and manufacturer related and nothing to do with OC woodwork, once they came in they quickly returned to finish all our the setup/installation for us!) We are in love with the end result and plan to use them for any future projects we may have.

OC Architectural Woodwork did an excellent job redoing our kitchen. We changed the entire layout and they helped us with the new design. A great experience from initial design to final build. I purchased most of my tile, countertop and cabinets for the kitchen/laundry, all bathrooms (5), custom built in cabinets in the LR and Master bedroom and Master closet through OC woodwork. Nathalia was extremely helpful and patient through the selection/design process and Pepe and his friendly crew did a great install.
