Zandy and his team at On The Level did a remodel of our master bathroom. We decided we wanted to eliminate a built in, put in new countertops, sinks, and faucets, replace our shower door and install a free standing tub. He worked with us every step of the way - from recommending resources for tile to making recommendations on layout. We were more than pleased with the work that his team did and would not hesitate to work with him again.

We hired On the Level Remodeling to remodel our hall and master bathrooms and paint three bedrooms with adjoining hallway. We enlarged the master, added tile floors, a new bathtub with tile surround and new cabinets. We were very happy with the results. Zandy was readily available and handled the project with humor, understanding and high standards. The master bath required moving walls and a complicated transom window. We had a vision for this bathroom that demanded finesse and a great design sense. Zandy ran with our vision and made it reality. He was professional and dependable throughout. His workers were hard working and polite; the sub-contractors were on time and on budget. I warned Zandy that we were particularly picky about tile work. His tile installer was great, discussing layout with us and checking in along the way. The plumbing work, cabinet work and painting were all excellent. We highly recommend On the Level Remodeling.

*project date is an estimate We hired On The Level to excavate a new entrance to our basement and add a couple of egress windows. Zandy entertained every monotonous question we had and was a real treat to work with - on budget (with amendments for unforeseen drainage issues), on time and very professional. It's like he was born a contractor! We even had a misunderstanding about gutter drainage, which added to the cost, but Zandy offered to take care of it on principle. Top notch in my view. (Though it's taken me two years and change to write a review!)

A combination of circumstances led me to do major work on my house in my third trimester of pregnancy. Since I opted for such craziness, I am so glad that I went with Zandy and On the Level. He was quick to respond, knew how to address any lead paint issues, made recommendations about what was most cost-effective, and gave me a timeline that was followed to a T. I chose to stay elsewhere during the construction, but did stop by after work to pick up mail. Each time, whatever work had been scheduled for that day was completed and no scraps or mess was left behind. Zandy remedied a few minor problems (like some debris falling into the furnace air intake) immediately. It was exactly what I expected when finished.

This was our first time remodeling a place so I was pretty nervous about choosing the right company for the project. We were looking to replace all the cabinetry, replace all the closet doors, and remodel the kitchen, bathroom, and staircase. Zandy's professionalism and organization made this a hassle-free experience. He was very upfront throughout the entire process and I also appreciated how clean his subcontractors were able to keep the place even with so many things going on. We are very happy with the final product and highly recommend him. If you are looking to have your remodeling project done in an honest, straightforward, and timely manner, then Zandy is your guy.

We worked with Zandy for over 11 years completely remodeling our home. In all that time he was honest, meticulous, and very easy to work with. From the tile work, hardwood floors, two bathrooms, kitchen and even the roof and windows, he was always there for us. He constantly strives to have the best subs and it shows in their work. On The Level Remodeling Company did a fabulous job on building a new garage for me! I was nervous about this big endeavor, but Zandy (owner and contractor) and his crew answered all my questions as we worked together. I saw a design for the garage on the internet and Zandy made it happen exactly as I wanted – plus some! He was spot on with how long I was told the job would take. No unplanned delays or mishaps and was always a step ahead of me, took care of issues he knew would work out better for me. Along with a brand new garage, Zandy helped me with a few smaller projects that were just as important: a small deck added to my upstairs living area, a pergola with a stamped cement pad that made a beautiful extended living area for my yard, miscellaneous electrical work in my basement and new paint for the outside of the house. With the experience I had I would highly recommend On The Level Remodeling Company for any home remodel or new build.

Zandy was a pleasant person to do business with. He delivered what he said he would at the price we agreed on. He manages his subs well and makes sure they perform to his high standards.
