One Source Remodeling

This project started with kitchen remodel complete with upgraded cabinets ceiling lift with led lightening and take out oversized window and new flooring! Ray is very personable and reliable. His pricing is reasonable and affordable for middle class people. The main guy whose name was James, that Ray hired to do the window removal and major work on ceiling after taking out my air conditioner duct in kitchen left without reinstalling one so my family room had just the hole very visible. He also loaded our garbage cans with a paint like substance from ceiling redo. After being told that they would need to clean our cans being that these are prosperities of city. Then they were told they could not use my private bathrooms or put drinks in my refrigerator. The main guy was arrogant and disrespectful . He did a poor job and Ray had to bring someone to redo my wall. Unfortunately this pattern continued throughout the entire process. They had many other projects going on and did not keep scheduled time frames. One of the non English speaking poured residue on my plants including my lemon tree and it almost died . The master bathroom the wrong color wood tile was initially laid and it had to be removed. These projects were very trying and paintaking with too many jobs that needed correcting or redoing.to say the least it was a relief to finally have these people out of my home!! Ray need to hire better qualified people with respect for the home owners property and home. The only one of the workers I found was reliable was the man named Simon who did my bathroom flooring and shower. And one of the workers he hired smoked in my bathroom while working on flooring. I suffer from autoimmune disease that affects my thyroid and respiratory so any smells I can detect almost triple by body reactions. Recommendations: I am giving this company a four star with hopes that the owner will make improvements in areas mention in this review. I had rated him as 3 star until speaking with him regarding this review. I wanted to use credit loan which this company offered and since I was pressed for a lot of cash I opted to put on installment plan. I paid in cash 15,000. dollars up front to Ray. I think I deserve better service than what I received. My credit is excellent so I knew that would not be a problem. Please do not sign final papers until everything is completed and Ray come in or his inspector come in to check. I would even go so far as to hire your own inspector because as a lay person doing something like this for the 1st time u really do not know what all to look for . Please make sure u keep daily tab on supplies that u buy as well. Thank you for reading I hope this help someone and keep u from making mistakes and oversight that I made. Absolutely a waste of time! We had a presentation with Dan and asked him to call back in two days for an answer. We decided to hire the firm for our bathroom remodeling project. When he didn't call, we left a voice mail at the office on Friday, and on Saturday spoke with Ray, who said he would have Dan call back. When there was still no call, we called the following Friday and were told Dan had tried to call, but a woman said she didn't know anything about the project. Strange, since there was only one number ever given (my cell), the same number Dan had called for the presentation appointment and the same one given on all three calls to the office. Even then, the office said he was returning from an appointment and would call as soon as he came in. Three days later still no call from Dan or the office. I guess he was not happy we wanted a permit pulled on the job ("We never pull permits") for our protection. I now notice that the firm was only registered with the state one year ago, despite claims of years of service. I guess we'll never know why because we will never deal with these clowns again.

The least trouble and least delay for a remodel I've ever seen. Ray and his team of electricians, plumbers and other contractors delivered a fantastic kitchen, complete with knocked out walls, ceiling, new cabinets, counters, tile floor. In addition we had walls removed and a new office area with angled wall with open wall. Great quality, courteous service and done quickly - all within 5 weeks!. Love our remodel!!

Very happy with Ray and his team. I had a big project and they did it in a timely and amazing job. Very happy with there end quality of project and looking forward to another project by them soon. Thank you Ray!

Working with Ray and the America's Best Bath team resulted in a Fabulous new shower for my Master Bath. There were some challenges on both sides that are fairly typical of a renovation, mostly having to do with scheduling, communication, and accountability. Ray's personal attention helped smooth the process and ensured a successful outcome.
