Onslow Stone replaced our countertops in our kitchen as a result of a renovation. When Max came to do the template we told him that the main Moen faucet needed extra room behind the faucet to accommodate the arc of the handle to adjust temperature. He clearly did not listen to us as he left no extra room which has now forced us to buy two new faucets (main and prep) in order for them to match. The next problem was the soap dispenser in the island where the hole is cut too far away from the sink so now it drips on the counter. I purchased Delta dispensers so they would match the new faucets appearance. Onslow Stone appears to be too busy and incapable of handling the business they have without creating problems. Our contractor stated this was the last time they would use them because of all the problems dealing with them.

Outstanding work. The counter tops were incredible, the work and the technicians were professional. Time lines were spot on and all cost points were met. Highly recommend. Would use them again. Excellent Job! Thank You.

Very bad experience. This company is incapable of keeping deadlines and basically lied to our builder on the status of the job. We learned after a month with only a few days before closing they had not done the template and it would be 3-4 weeks for install. After I stated that I would use another company and suggested this office get it together, the owner got in my face, threatened me and insulted me. In shock, all I could do was laugh and walk away, thankful that I did not use this company.

they have the BEST selection of granite, marble and quartz and the BEST people to work with! They are always on schedule with our jobs and their work is professional. We don't go anywhere else for these products!
