Glass Block Installers in Ottawa

“We're so happy with our new bathroom from Thomsons Edge! The whole experience was easy, and everyone was great to work with. Our bathroom turned out even better than we imagined and looks amazing. Also the software they use made it so easy to communicate with the team and made our reno stress free. Definitely recommend!”

“From Design to demolition and disposal, to the install and final touch-ups, we highly recommend Designer Julianna Dykstra and the highly skilled tradesmen at DBK for your reno! Julianna Dykstra is a friendly, courteous and very experienced interior designer. She was very attentive to our needs and budget, so patient and helpful with choices of material and very well organized from the measurement of the ensuite bathroom to finalizing the design (attention to details!). Even after the contract was signed and the installers engaged, Julianna checked in with us from time to time to understand how the reno was progressing and our satisfaction. Kim and the entire DBK Specialists/Installation crew were very professional, friendly, courteous and respectful of us and our home, kept to the schedule and provided quality workmanship. When a few changes were required to the plan due to a couple of unexpected problems, Kim was quick to help us understand these and seek our approval on possible options to address before moving on. We appreciated that all DBK materials and work are backed by a 2 year warranty. As with every DBK project, a coordinator was assigned to our reno, Sheila laid out the timeline, called us at the end of each work day to discuss the work completed, our satisfaction, what's ahead, when & by whom. This allowed us to easily plan our regular day to day activities. Relative to other renos, this one was stress-free! Our Family and friends who were familiar with our existing 30 year old ensuite bathroom, were absolutely amazed at the new look and design. Our new space is so bright. We love our large glassed in shower with tile and the black accents, the extra storage capacity and the lighting. Thank you DBK! Ted and Monique Gruszecki”

“We worked with Acco on updating our kitchen. They had supplied the existing cabinets to the previous owners in 2005 and were able to create a major reconfiguration using most of the original cabinetry while adding complimentary pieces along with new counter-tops and back-splashes. Due to other work going on in the house the kitchen install was delayed a number of times. Despite this, Rebecca and Mike were unfailingly patient, accommodating and very fast to respond to requests and changes. Their post installation support has been amazing and we would give them the highest ratings and recommendation.”
