BEWARE! Don't use Pacific Coast Rebath. We were disappointed with their project management, quality of work, communication and customer service. Unfortunately, they take advantage of the kindness of customers to benefit their business. They provide poor quality and workmanship because they're busy rushing off to the next job. They end up having to fix the mistakes they make because of their rush job. We lost work hours and time because of their delays and poor communication. From installing the wrong vanity to installing cracked stone shower walls to breaking the vanity because they were busy rushing, it was such a headache hiring Pacific Coast Re-Bath despite the premium cost that I paid that I would use anyone other than this business.

Installers Tyler and Wade were good. Polite and on time with start and completion. But we had to call to get on the schedule and also to confirm the appointment. Would not use ReBath again. Material pattern is not Subtle as it was on the sample I picked. This "carrera marble" pattern has huge black streaks and is very phony and cheap looking. The trim around the window is hideous. Had the material been subtle like the sample it would have blended with my countertop. It does not, so it clashes terribly. It makes me sick to know that for a bit more money I could have gotten scrubbable tile or even stone.

We had 2 tub/shower areas replaced. Salesperson (Thom) is very friendly and is a good salesperson (he'll most likely sell you something if you let him into your home, haha). When it came time to begin work on our bathrooms, Rodney (the installer) was excellent! We live in a HOA-controlled complex and they had so many stipulations and conditions, but that didn't stop Rodney from completing the job the best way he could. Throughout the entire process, he informed us of any new developments and was extremely pleasant and friendly. The finished product was awesome!! There was a glitch or two but nothing that would make me not want to utilize them in the future--keep in mind that most construction/remodeling comes with its glitches and such. Also, from beginning to end, I was in touch with one of their office/admin person (Jen) and she is SUPER friendly and professional. So, if you're thinking of having any bathroom work done, give Re-Bath a chance on getting your business.
