After months and months of dealing with kitchen counter contractors, what we can do and what we can't do, big difference in costs regarding quartz, ready to go back to tile, a friend of my wife said, why don't you try Palazzo, they did a beautiful job on her kithchen, her husband said ask for Felipe, I gathered up three different quotes and went to Palazzo, when my wife and I opened the door we were amazed by such a beautiful showcase, a gentleman came up to us and introduced himself as Felipe, I laid out the quotes and explained what we had been through, Felipe said give him a few minutes to look over our measurements, when he returned, he took us around the showcase and explained the different cuts and designs, went over the different materials, my wife and I picked out a comparable quartz which was less then the other contractors, went in on a Monday to sign the contract, Wednesday his crew was out and made the template, a week later our counter was getting installed, let me start by saying, his crew were very professional, courteous and efficient, the quality of work was exceptional, I highly reccomend Pallazzo's, they will definitly be doing other futher work for us

We recently remodeled two bathrooms in our home. After an extensive search for a contractor, we chose Palazzo Kitchen and Bath located in Concord to complete our project. We are so glad we did! Our experience from beginning to end was incredible. Their showroom is beautiful and provided us with many options for cabinets, tile, countertops, tubs, flooring etc. If they did not have something that you are looking for, they had lots of catalogs to select from and they were always able obtain samples. Our Designer was Rebecca. I cannot say enough about her. She was very experienced, helpful and just wonderful to work with. Our General Manager was Felipe, Project Manager was Art and our Contractor was Arturo. The Palazzo team provided us with two beautiful new bathrooms. They displayed expertise in all areas and were extremely clean and quiet during this 6-week project. We are so pleased with our outcome and my wife and I highly recommend Palazzo Kitchen and Bath to anyone considering a home remodeling project

Kitchen remodel. Palazzo provided design and all project management and construction in the remodel of our 1947 kitchen. We took inspiration from the original kitchen with updates that match the era and charm of the home. Every person we dealt with was professional, friendly, and they cared about our project and delivering within budget. Throughout the project, they delivered on deadline. The onsite crew works for Palazzo, they are not subs; they were respectful, on time, and cleaned up every day before they left. When we have saved for the next project, can't wait to call them back to get started.

I've had Palazzo remodel two baths at my house, the master and upstairs guest bath. Both baths are just the way I imagined them. The master was a complete gut job because we moved the shower and toilet, putting the toilet in the old shower alcove and building a huge shower in the old water closet. We now have a gorgeous freestanding tub, marble topped-vanity and a sliding barn door where there was no bathroom door before, all beautiful. The guest bath just needed updating, and we went with the same farmhouse theme on a smaller scale. It's beautiful, functional and much easier to keep up. I would use Palazzo again for my powder room, or any kitchen updating. They have a long wait list, so get an early start, but be assured they will be there every day until the job is completed and handle any glitches with professionalism. They will make sure that you are happy, and that's important when you're talking about your home.

My company hired Palazzo Kitchens & Baths to do a bathroom remodel and also to build a new office. I was their on site contact, so I coordinated with the guys directly. We are very happy with the work they did. They even gave us design ideas for the office space. Felipe and Audy did the work (great guys) and Jansen, their manager was always available when I needed him. We are planning on hiring them again. Recommend!

My husband and I are thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom by Palazzo Kitchens & Baths! New cabinets by 6 Square, granite counter tops, under counter LED lights, gorgeous glass tile for the back splash, tall baseboards, raising the ceiling and a vinyl floor that looks like hard wood by DuChateau in the kitchen. Felipe also suggested lowering a wall that opens up the kitchen and family room space. I wasn’t that sold on the idea but it makes a world of difference. New vanity, granite counter top and new faucet /shower hardware, mirror and wall sconces in the bathroom. Both the kitchen/family room and bathroom have new LED can lights and we love the look. The kitchen is a dream to use now and my husband now feels like he is in a hotel bathroom. I really appreciate Palazzo’s beautiful showroom. It is truly a one stop shopping experience for a remodel. They have many simulations for kitchens and bathroom. These are helpful for selecting products and also eliminating choices. Felipe Franca is a powerhouse – professional, knowledgeable and has outstanding design skills. Jennifer in the showroom is an absolute jewel and her knowledge and suggestions were valuable to me. Mark and Oddie in the showroom answered numerous questions during the remodel process. The work crews are hardworking and focused. Ronaldo and Checke – you are masters of your craft. Bryan, Gene, Luis, Santiago, Forstino, Aaron, Juan, Andrew – we thank you for your dedication to give us a beautiful remodel. Pricing at Palazzo is moderate and good value for the money. Customer service is a strong focus at Palazzo Kitchens and Bath. This is true throughout the organization. Making the customer happy is their goal. In our case, they scored big time.
