Kamal and the team at PARAND Design did a spectacular job transforming our outdated, builder grade peninsula styled kitchen into a massive modern island kitchen. We went to PARAND Design with an idea based on Instagram pictures and sketches. Kamal's attention to every detail, expert knowledge, advice and customer service allowed us to take the worry off our shoulders. Kamal was able to take that rough design and transform it into reality. Every part of the kitchen was transformed into a beautiful, and functional space. Every inch of cabinetry, countertop and backsplash was measured and installed with precision. We love our new design and layout of the kitchen. It is so much more functional for our family and as well as entertaining friends and family. We are super excited to use and enjoy our new kitchen. We are beyond words in expressing our satisfaction with the level of quality, expertise, precision and customer service we received from Kamal and his team at PARAND Design. We undertook a home renovation project starting in the fall of 2021. Our contractor, Dave Gimza of Glen Abbey Contractors, recommended Kamal at Parand Design Kitchens for our kitchen design. We were new and unsure as to how to design the kitchen of our dreams. Kamal sat us down and talked through everything we wanted in a kitchen and without hesitation said “no problem” and drew up multiple plans. He walked us though our original design and his designs and explained what he thought made the most sense in terms of functionality. These plans were amazing, easy to understand and included aspects we didn’t know were possible, for example a cupboard for our KitchenAid that rises up and turns the electricity on and off automatically. He also integrated lighting in our display cupboards so there are no switches to turn on the lights, you simply run your hand along the side like magic. Not only did he provide us with an amazingly beautiful and functional kitchen, but he also designed two of our bathrooms. Again, he provided us with multiple design plans and walked us through what would be most functional and beautiful for our space. Kamal also walked us through the finishings of cupboards, the counter tops, everything down to the last detail! Renovations are usually stressful but we can honestly say the kitchen and bathrooms were some of the easiest parts thanks to Kamal and his team. Kamal is a joy to work with and knows how to get the job done. Our kitchen was completed in early 2022 and we have since waited to write this review. Everything looked great but we needed time to work in our new home and see how we liked our renovations. We can honestly say that almost a full year later, and we are still in love with our new home, especially our kitchen and bathrooms, and everything is finally not only functional but also beautiful. We owe a lot of this credit to Kamal and his team at Parand Design Kitchens. If you are contemplating whether or not to go with Parand, we encourage you to reach out to Kamal and his team and have a consultation. You will be amazed at the professionalism and quality of work. Earlier this year, I decided to completely gut my recently purchased condo. Although the condo was only three years old, I wanted to make it my dream home and Kamal Moshg from Parand Design helped me realize my dream. In fact, the finished product far exceeded even my vision. I interviewed 5 kitchen/bath designers before meeting Kamal. I just didn’t connect with any of the others. I knew immediately that Kamal would oversee every detail of the project and he did just that. No detail was forgotten. He took my ideas for design and made them happen. He cautioned me when he believed that something wouldn’t work but he always found a better way. He was present for every step of the installation process and even consulted on my choices of countertops to make sure that I understood the pros and cons of each material. Kamal is a very smart man and also a very nice man. You will not go wrong with Kamal and Parand Design. I agree with an earlier reviewer – if I could give him a 10, I wouldn’t hesitate!!!

If I could give Kamal a 10 I would but Houzz's highest rating is a 5 so that's what I've given. As a designer I've worked with Kamal on a few clients' projects which always went well but recently I had the pleasure of working with him on my own brand new kitchen and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with not only the quality of my cabinetry but Kamal's second to none customer service. He was with us every step of the way including during the installation process always checking in to ensure things were going smoothly. I can't say enough good things about Kamal and his dedication and attention to detail. My kitchen is absolutely stunning and functional at the same time.
