Sid and his team are fantastic. When looking for a contractor Sid came through and spent so much time talking with me about what we wanted to do. Sid made sure to communicate and keep us informed on the steps and the progress. He was fair and reasonable. We would highly recommend.

Alright, let's talk about Sid and his crew for a second - Mike & Odie. Unreal professionalism. Great dudes. So up front in terms of pricing and honesty. And the work? We couldn't be happier. Totally transformed the house and the space. Better than we could have hoped for. I knew Sid was the right guy for the job after I spoke with 6 other contractors. He came in and said two very key, very different things: 1) You don't seem like you're ready (he was right), let me come back and talk when you are and 2) You will probably be one of my smaller jobs this year, so if we work together, I'll choose to work with you because we're a good match. Did he finish ahead of schedule? Yes. Did he make it feel like white glove service? Yes. Did he make decisions easy even when we were wishy-washy? Yes. Did he throw in some very fair upgrades and fixes that he found? Yes. Most importantly, did he try to oversell us on unnecessary upgrades and things we did not need? Absolutely not. We've worked with a number of folks as we've slowly upgraded our home. I cannot recommend Sid & team highly enough. They deliver top-notch quality but above all, they're top-class people.

When we began looking for a contractor to renovate our kitchen, Parks Construction was recommended. It was our intent to obtain several estimates, but after meeting Sid, we were convinced he and his team were qualified, ethical and reasonable. We decided to look no further. Not only were we more than satisfied with our new kitchen and butler’s pantry, we were so impressed we called them back when we wanted our downstairs bath renovated as well.

Sid and Parks Construction delivered a great experience during our most recent home renovation. He went above and beyond spending numerous hours understanding our vision and guiding us through the purchases of our building materials. Not only was he extremely attentive, but he was very particular in the finished product. Most importantly, Sid and his team delivered a high quality product well within the expected timeline. We had gotten 5 estimates on a kitchen remodel. During our first meeting with Sid, I was convinced that his company was the one I wanted to work with. He was easy to talk to. Listened attentively and openly to my thoughts and ideas. He presented some of his ideas as well to give us options to consider. He got to know our style and was able to lead us to products he knew would fit us. He kept us updated on what was happening and the plan as well as any delays. We were so impressed with Sid and his company that we, at the end of our kitchen remodel, hired him to remodel our 2 bathrooms and main bedroom! Also referred him to several good friends to handle their remodeling projects.
