I’ve known about Pavimento for years and we wanted to redo our kitchen. While flooding from Hurricane Helene was horrendous, after 200 days we have a brand new kitchen! It is gorgeous and we love it!! It feels like our personal coffee shop in the morning. Have not started cooking yet since we just moved in a few days ago. Pavimento helped our dreams come true. The countertops are one of the best parts and turned out to be so beautiful. Everyone is commenting on them. As for contractors and subs through our whole house reno, Pavimento, Scott and Devon specifically, were two of only four people who worked on our house that showed caring and respect along with quality and efficiency. We had over thirty people working on our house and most were a total disappointment. So glad we chose Pavimento and we love the result!!

As i am now remodeling a rental unit, i was googling reviews on granite companies. It dawned on me that i can review the ONLY COMPANY I HAVE EVER SUED, but dropped as HIS LEGAL BILLS WERE PD BY INSURANCE unlike ours. Publicly i can now share your unprofessionalisn and lack of ethics John Kanne. My husband and i were in a home remodel. Very personable, John came out, measured, told us what we needed. We drove to miami, orlando just to find the granite we wanted. We found it - bought all 3 slabs. John was to "replace our counter tops with this stone". John even admired stone - TOO MUCH. After living with remodel, no sink, etc i was estatic when they came to install. As anticipated, I loved my stone. BUT several weeks later, working at my island, i looked down - i NEVER noticed this outlet before!! At this point, i began to realize things were off. Bar was smaller? Why does my dishwasher not fit correct. I finally located the ORIGINAL drawing i gave to John for the initial quote. My ISLAND WAS 6 INCHES SHORTER ON EACH SIDE - WHY I NEVER NOTICED THE OUTLET. I went to John - WHERE IS MY GRANITE. I PURCHASED 3 SLABS, MORE THAN ENOUGH. PLEASE FIX. John could not as none left. Where did it go? HE USED IN HIS HOME!!! He indicated he built to industry standards so all good. imagine my shocked - i bought that granite - hand picked out, etc. He indicated he "gave me a discount" though i NEVER GAVE HIM PERMISSION to use MY GRANITE. at my cuuent company, i get any remnants. any time i called John he either did not answer, hung up or reponsed "it was done to industry standards" though contract was to REPLACE. So a suit was filed. A granite expert came out and pointed out areas that are blatantly wrong!! WORST INSTALLATION HE HAD EVER SEEN. See attached pictures if this site allows. (Posted on others) And this is what i remember after 10 years. Arbitrations, mediations - Now the granite was GONE - HE STOLE IT. Our attorney and practical development minded husband pointed out - his attorney is paid by insurance. He could not fix. What did i want. So we dropped suit., John assuming he snuckered us!! But after reading reviews on others, i realized - i can get what i want. I CAN FINALLY TELL / SHOW world what you/JOHN KANNE did!! If anyone would like more info, documentation, pictures of BEAUTIFUL nonreplaceable granite but worst installation ever seen as stated in granite experts report for support of THEIR their concerns of their installation, please reach out. Manny and Carl are amazing and very funny. They did my kitchen way beyond my expectations and the a asset to your company. I would recommend them to anyone who has countertop needs.

It was a pleasure to work with this professional company. I had gorgeous quartz counter tops installed in my condo, both in the kitchen and two baths. The whole experience was flawless. They delivered within the time frame given which made the experience stress free. I also appreciated their attention to detail. The counter tops were cut using the best parts of the quartz to show off it's beauty. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have stone work done in their homes. Great company! Pavimento has done several remodels for me both kitchen and bathroom. They have a large selection of stones no one else in Tampa Bay has. They are very easy to work with and every job is done beautifully.
