I absolutely loved my experience working with pearl remodeling. The process was so easy due to daily phone calls from Joseph telling me what was gonna happen that day. no surprises. the workers were professional. they were artisans that showed up on time or early everyday. on time and on budget. Always wanted to make me happy. I love my new bathroom and highly recommend Pearl remodeling.

Joseph and the were incredible. 5 star in all areas. They were on time and complete both projects ahead of schedule. We had our shower and backyard remodeled / complete renovation. Thank you guys, we will see you again in the future

Updated review 3/9/26: a few days after the review the company contacted me. The peeling paint on door, the drywall under sink and the tile floors have been remediated. Original Review: We tried not to write a review and just let it go, but that would be irresponsible for us to do. We hired Pearl remodeling for our bonus room to be converted to a bedroom and add shower to the half bath. The start they convince you that they are professionals. They force your hand to hire them right then and there by giving you a discount if you hire them on the spot and tell you they will get it done quickly and will be happy with the results-- it was anything but. It was a nightmare. They started the project then abandoned it for a while. They lie Blame the delays to the city they said oh we're waiting for inspection of plumbing they're taking weeks which they lied. They were the ones that cancelled the inspection i checked with city permit. Then later they say oh it's because we started another project. So they started a project in the middle of ours. The work was horrible it was not professional at all. The drywall was a mess, under the sink the patch was a mess,they didn't cover the floors or the wood cabinets. the carpet is full of construction dirt. I had to keep contacting the company to fix this. They messed up the doors. We had them fix this it took a long time and multiple attempts the workers they have did not know what to do. Only when Oscar came did things actually get fixed he was the only one who was able to actually do good work. After months we paid and we thought it was over. Well. Now the tile is coming up because it wasn't properly installed and Itsik is completely ignoring me. Now I'm in the middle of starting a formal complaint and consulting with lawyers for possible legal action. We would not recommend this company for anyone. We regret trusting them with our home. It was so stressful especially to my elderly mother. This is her home and that's what they did. This went on for months. I can't imagine if I wasn't here who would advocate for her? Be careful who you chose for construction

We had a great experience with Joseph, his staff and sub contractors from Pearl Remodeling. The Kitchen remodel was finished ahead of schedule, the quality of workmanship, professionalism, and communication was excellent. The designer used every inch of space and was able to include a 30 inch wide pantry and an island in a 10 by 10 L shaped kitchen. I highly recommend Pearl Remodeling.

My experience with this company was not been good. I believe their prices were excessive and their service was lacking. There’s still no mirror or medicine cabinet in my new bathroom, but they claim it’s finished, one of the workers even said he could assist me with finding a new cabinets and he has not responded to any of my texts. I would select another option when it comes to home renovations.

Absolutely love my new kitchen! The crew was so easy to work with, always on time, and really cared about getting every detail right. The space feels brighter, more open, and totally “me.” I’m thrilled with how it turned out.
