Very nice people. Polite and kind. However, we had to point out multiple flaws throughout our renovation which were not being done properly. At the end we noticed that our new counters were showing excessive water damage around the sink so we called PRS to have them come and fix it. They refused to do the fix the counter properly and only offered to do a patch job that would not have fixed the problem but merely delay more damage for a week or so. Walked out mid conversation when we asked that it be fixed to our standards. Had to completely redo the counters ourselves.

A neighbor recommended Chuck to us when we needed to have our front entry-way floor replaced. Fortunately for us, in the process of doing so, Chuck became curious as to why the old floor had warped, resulting in his discovering some significant moisture problems in our crawl space. Because Chuck went above and beyond what we had hired him to do, we were able to hire the necessary company to fix our problem, and curtail further damage to our house. After the repairs to the foundation caused some shifting in the beautiful floor Chuck had installed for us, he kindly came back and made adjustments so that it lay correctly, for which we were grateful. Later, we hired him to re-grout our kitchen floor tile, which another company had likely not done correctly the first time. Chuck is affable, kind, considerate of his work environment and time, and committed to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Chuck!

Very professional. Arrived on time, did excellent work, cleaned up. Reasonable costs and met his time estimates. No pressure to increase scope of work. Was very good with household pets.

Chuck and his team did an excellent job on several home repairs to correct problems found during a home inspection. Communication was superb and they did quality work at a much lower cost than the estimate provided by other contractors. I will be using PRS again!
