“GEO was recommended to us by our designer at Blue Lotus Kitchen & Bath Designs, and we are really happy we took her advice! So many things we could share about our experience: 1. George gave us a fair quote from the start and he stuck to it. When material costs increased because of structural issues that needed to be remedied, George would explain costs, get our approval, and itemize things on his invoice so we knew exactly where we were with expenses at all times. 2. Our house is a 1940s cape cod and we believe the kitchen is original to the structure, so we knew we might discover surprises and quirks. At every step of the way George was communicative, clearly showing us where he needed to make additional repairs and explaining the options. We dealt with a sloping floor, non-standard electrical wiring, and myriad other quirks. It even took extra long to do demolition because over the years there had been three layers of wall built in! George & the team handled it with no problem, 3. GEO runs a clean crew. We have 3 little kids, and they did a good job of keeping the work site clean and free of lots of debris. The girls bonded with the guys, and actually missed them when the project was complete:) This is probably also because every time the crew came by early on Saturday, they would bring us donuts & coffee! :):) These are the little touches that made the process a great one. When a crew is working in your home, it's great to feel completely at ease with them. In short, we'd recommend GEO Construction for any home remodeling needs you might have!”

“Cipriani Remodeling did a complete reconstruction of our shore home . The second floor of the home was removed and the entire floor was expanded to add two new bedrooms larger bathroom . First floor new granite counter tops in kitchen with new cabinets added and new lighting . House was redisigned from top to bottom lighting ,painting , flooring , roof ,deck and siding. Mr Cipriani was hands on during the complete project along with a wonderful site supervisor. We thought the price was fair and the materials used were excellent . The job site was always clean and respectful to the neighbors .”
