We had Joe help us with our bathroom remodel and it looks soo much better now! As with any project, the unexpected problem eventually will happen and Joe handled the unexpected with smooth professional. All problems were quickly assessed and solutions were executed with ease. We finally have a bathroom we enjoy walking into and have Joe with Plumb Perfect Builders to thank for it.

Joe and his team completed a large-scale remodel on our historic home in Snohomish (home built in 1898) and we cannot say enough good things about the process, the teams professionalism, and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. Our project included a complete re-build of our kitchen, new custom pantry, remodeling our mudroom, new laundry room on the 2nd floor and remodeling our large guest bathroom. There are so many key features to Plumb Perfect Builders approach to a remodel that set them apart, from trade day which brings the entire team through your property for a walk-through to the detailed drawing displayed through out the remodel to ensure no detail is missed. From outlining the project through completion, Joe was present on-site for all critical decisions, installations, walk-throughs and many days in between. His oversight and attention-to-detail mitigated the majority of hiccups but it is also the team of tradespeople he employs that also set the bar for the quality of work he provides. His experience ensured the work was not only done on schedule, but with precision, care and beautiful craftmanship. The schedule he laid out for our 6 month project was completed on time and any findings during the remodel were communicated immediately and with full transparency. We would only work with Plumb Perfect Builders in the future for our remodeling needs as the team sets the bar way above all others. Joe Tarqueno built a custom hutch with beverage center and LED lighting and oversaw a laundryroom makeover for us. The end result of both was beautiful! Joe is a perfectionist and solved every issue that developed along the way (i.e. walls aren't straight!). Never did we feel he was in a hurry.We highly recommend him. He is completely reliable, an excellent communicator, and just a really nice guy. We would hire him for another project without hesitation.

We had a great experience with Nail It. Joe managed everything, making the process organized and efficient. He kept us up to date regarding timelines and answered all our questions quickly. Our project lasted almost seven weeks and we actually finished ahead of schedule. We had no issues with the subcontractors he brought in; everyone was friendly and professional. We were so grateful to find Joe at Nail It. We're selling our house and getting out of a depressed area. Good contractors are hard to find out here, and I was referred to Joe by a well-respected North Shore contractor who doesn't go as far as Chicago's South Side. We needed an estimate for some work in case a prospective buyer asked for repairs. Even though it was for work he was probably never going to do, Joe came out, spent some time with us and gave us a great estimate for the work needed. We were happy to offer gas money (and some yummy Christmas cookies) for his gracious time and expertise. We could tell by the way Joe was talking about our very old brick home that he knows his stuff and he is aware of the special way masonry homes on the South Side need to be treated. I have had several things remodeled, both in my home and in a rental unit. Nail It Innovations has always done an excellent job. They arrive on time, clean up at the end of the day and listen to what you want in the job.
