All the positive reviews you have read about Pm Remodeling is all so true. I have experienced it for myself. Pm Remodeling remodel my entire primary bathroom. From beginning to the end Luis and his project manager Juan ensured that all my design ideas were brought to life and at a fair price within my budget. Juan and his team were polite and worked hard everyday to complete my bathroom within the timeframe of four weeks. Luis communication skills are on point. I was updated on a daily basis of how my project was moving forward. There were a few minor hiccups that were easily corrected with no hesitation. PM Remodeling actually stand by their work and continue to display that great customer service. That is what sets them apart from other contractors that I have hired in the past. The bathroom project went as planned, and I was ecstatic of how beautiful it turned out. PM Remodeling is truly the real deal and I will be hiring them again for more projects.

PM Home Remodel remodeled my 60 year old bathroom, stripped down most of the walls to the 2X4s; removed bathtub, toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, tub doors, wall lamps, two doors floor tile, walls tiles. Everything new now, cast iron tub, porcelain tiles on walls around tub, porcelain tiles on floor. Every thing above is now new. Excellent work, hard working guys. I would recommend them to anyone, and I would use them again if I need someone.

Luis and his crew recently completed a project to finish our basement. I was very impressed with how quickly they progressed through the project. We were very appreciative of how they were able to accommodate our requests to make adjustments and modifications to the project scope as construction progressed. PM Home Remodel recently renovated my master and hall bathrooms and I absolutely love the finished results! Luis provided me with a variety of pricing options, was quick to respond to my emails and texts, offered guidance and never tried to upsell me. The crew that came though daily were respectful, efficient, neat, and made sure to tidy up after the end of the day. Luis also did me a solid when I asked if his team could replace my powder room vanity and toilet, and gave me a great deal on that too! I highly recommend working with PM Home Remodeling as they did an outstanding job from start to finish!

Luis team did a very good work for a very good price. They were very nice, and attentive to my questions and requests. During the work we found the wall that collides with the bathroom had moisture and need it replacement. Luis's team promptly offered help and fixed the issue. Also the tile I ordered was defective, and they promptly communicated the issue, looking to do always an excellent job. They were patience and provided some guidance to find a new tile promptly that I would like but also we'll be a good quality.

They were able to complete the job in a timely manner. Had a railings and posts added to the main staircase. Looks great!

Luis provided guidance on how to keep my pricing down on materials and labor. The crew worked consistently and always showed up when they said they would. In many instances, they went above and beyond. The finished bathroom is FABULOUS and beyond my expectations.

Luis and team did an excellent job remodeling 3 tiny bathrooms in our century old house. Quite a challenge but they succeeded in making 3 tiny ( no room to expand ) bathrooms beautiful and more functional.

The job was power washing and staining my handicap ramp. Luis was patient with me as I could not decide on a color. His crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job!!! We had Luis and his crew out to do our fireplace this past November, and they did a wonderful job. We contacted him for an estimate on finishing our basement and other various jobs around the house this past spring. He and his crew were able to start a week early and did an amazing job. No detail was left out and Luis and his crew made the whole process extremely stress free for us. His crew were professional, hard working, and efficient. PM remodeling does excellent work ! They are hard workers and do you project right! I love my new deck which was done in a week. The deck is 14x14 screened in with ceiling fan, lights .and outlets . The prices are a real bargain I had three estimates and PM remodeling was ver cost effective! The workers were always on time worked hard and most importantly did a wonderful job ! After job was completed everything was clean and looking great . I will use them for all my home improvements!!!

Luis and his team did an amazing job bringing my vision to life. We started with a photo from Houzz magazine and the transformation was unbelievable! His team is professional, quick and clean. Luis did such an amazing job that we decided to renovated the other 2 full bathrooms midway into the project. As a general contractor Luis and PM Maintenance took over the home renovations and we had the whole house painted and new carpet in each bedroom. Along the way I changed my mind alot! He always said, "My goal is to make you happy. as long as you are happy with the final result, we can make the changes". He is amazing!
