Absolutely the best construction experience ever! Every trades person is a perfectionist, the management is on top of the project from start to finish, and the end result is beyond our every expectation! You simply cannot find a better organization for your remodel project.

The poor workmanship really showed after a few years. The first irritating issue was the new dishwasher was not balanced from the beginning, and the top tray would roll out. I asked Premier to take a look at it within 3 months of their work, and they told me to contact the manufacturer. That is never a good sign. I called a repairman instead, and he told me (1) they used the trim holes as mounting holes (2) the feet were never extended, and therefore, it was just hanging from the top which caused the dishwasher to rip out of it's mounting holes. The second issue was mold started forming under the tub deck. I contacted a repairman and he told me Premier installed the tile directly on top of plywood and did not install a concrete board barrier to prevent water intrusion and mold. The entire tub needs to be reworked now. There are a host of other reasons their work was both expensive and poor - they added a number of items we did not request, like wall mounted make-up mirrors. A couple of the toilet paper holders were installed with one screw instead of two and they ripped out after a couple of years. The communication was awful; our countertop choice was no longer available and we ended up with something completely different than we picked out.

It is with great pride and pleasure that I 1000% recommend Premier Kitchen & Bath. We chose Premier Kitchen & Bath for a large Master bathroom and bedroom remodel after interacting with numerous quality organizations because they delivered on every promise and the outcome we have today is even better than the drawing’s suggested. What we valued the most from this organization and what specifically drove us to choose this company involved the following. •Kym Davis, the designer, guided with great ideas but did not push any particular product or design – always acting in a very consultative way and responding very quickly to our questions or requests. •All the trades are employees of the company (wearing their Premier Kitchen & Bath shirts everyday) and they care about their work product, the customer and they were always caring about our home and cleaning up at the end of the day so we never had to worry about the potential “poor work & run” which happens at times with subcontractors. Whether it was the demo team, electrical, plumbing, tile, drywall, painting, mirrors, carpet, or glass each employee arrived on time ready to go and worked very hard – sometimes 10-12 hour days with a few breaks •Kent Redmond, who oversees all aspects of the project would text me every night to let me know who, when, and what was going to be accomplished the next day. He even provided a complete written construction schedule on a calendar when everything got ready to begin. This was extremely cool and comforting for my family. •When items came up … as they always do in these big projects, the team provided solutions, options, and always honored our desires throughout the entire project – there was hardly a punch list at the end because everything was meticulously handled throughout all aspects of the project. This was the 3rd time we used Premier for our home remodeling projects. Our first project was a complete kitchen redo 14 years ago. The project went extremely well, and it's still in awesome condition ( wouldn't change a thing). Great people to work with. Our next project was a guest bathroom redo 11 years ago. Beautiful work and we receive many compliments even now. With the success of these last 2 projects, we didn't hesitate to go back to Premier for our latest project --a master bath complete redo. Our designer, Kym, was a pleasure to work with. We met with him and told him what we wanted -- he came and measured-- and we met with him again. His ideas and selection of materials were right on. He really understood our wants and needs and we were ready for our 3rd project. Kym's ideas became a reality under the super guidance of the project manager, Kent. The workers sent to our home were a pleasure to work with. Personable and excellent at what they did. We enjoyed having them in our home and the finished master bath really reflects what we were dreaming of and it wouldn't have happened without the professionalism of all the people we worked with from start to finish. For a renovation as major as a kitchen, I HIGHLY recommend Premier Kitchen and Bath!! The designer (Bruce) worked with us throughout the process until we were absolutely satisfied with the result. What we appreciated most was that he didn't just take our ideas and put them on paper. He expanded on them and offered his expertise on counter top selection as well as cabinetry. Most importantly, every single laborer involved in our demolition, painting, building, installing, etc, were consummate professionals. They were on time, cleaned up before they left, were extremely helpful and very enjoyable to deal with. A kitchen (or bath) renovation is truly a daunting process but we couldn't have been in better hands!

We used Premier to redo our kitchen in 2016, and our laundry room in 2017. We also used them to add stone and a fireplace to one of our living room walls. Premier worked within our schedule and our budget. I loved that 1. I always had a point person to work with, whether it was Kym who led us through the design phase, and kept us with budget, to Kent, and team, who took the design and transformed our rooms. 2. The fact that Premier employs their own skilled craftsmen. Our jobs were not easy for the installers because we live in a condo. They had to deal with time and day limits, plus they had to trek up the elevator with all of the materials, keeping the halls clean as they go along. Each one was an expert in their respective area and were so kind and accommodating. If a change had to be made along the way, they made sure I would be ok with it. They were very conscious about the fact that they were in someone else's home. In the end they became part of our family. 3. Each of the deadlines were met. Kent kept me informed of schedules and who would be on the job and was always pushing to stay on target and making sure the specs were closely followed. Every job has an end "punch" list. Mine was always just 1 or 2 small minor items. We have a couple of bathrooms to redo and we'll definitely be calling on Premier for their service.

We recently had both our bathrooms remodeled by Premier. It was a seamless experience from start to finish. Bill guided us in planning the project. The finished project met or exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The quality of workmanship was exceedingly high. I would definitely recommend Premier Kitchen and Bath!

From the first initial call to the final photos taken for our finished project it was a pure pleasure having Premier Kitchen and Bath in our home. All the professionals working are employees of the company so once the project started there was no waiting for an outside sub. I would highly recommend this company for your special project. After many years of planning, it was at long last time to remodel our late-1990s kitchen. We had two primary goals in mind when looking for a company to work with – someone who would bring a strong original design sense to the project while still considering our input, and a company we could count on to finish the project on time and with minimal disruption (a tall order for a full kitchen remodel). Premier Kitchen and Bath exceeded our expectations on both points. When we met with Kym Davis, we knew we had found our designer. He was excited to tackle a new, modern design and brought several great ideas to our project. Look no further than the large piece of quartz behind the range. We simply said “we’d like a dramatic, one-of-a-kind backsplash.” Kym was also great at cautioning us against certain design combinations, and the “livability” of the kitchen was always a consideration. PK&B also has a great way of managing their projects – the work doesn’t begin until everything is ready to go. That way, we knew that once the dust started to fly, it wouldn’t be long before the new kitchen was being installed. Kent Redmond and his team were outstanding and extremely professional. Everyone was polite, on-time and respectful of our property. They were also very open to “while you’re at it” recommendations and Kent even made several suggestions in the field that only strengthened an already-great design. We’ve been in our kitchen for 6 months now and we wouldn’t change a thing. It functions unbelievably well and is so beautiful to look at. Every day we come into our kitchen and pinch ourselves at how lucky we were to find Kym, Kent and the talented team that turned our dreams into reality.

We love our kitchen remodel and do not take for granted the amazing experience we had with Premier Kitchen & Bath. We highly recommend them! From design to project completion, Premier Kitchen & Bath exceeded my expectations. Kym Davis, the designer, offered patient guidance in the selection of colors and styles and was exceedingly attentive to our needs. Kent Redmond, the project manager, was very easy to reach when questions or concerns arose and was very thorough and detail-oriented. We were so delighted with the finished remodeling project that as soon as we purchased our new home we contacted Premier to complete the necessary remodeling...and once again the results were breathtaking.

Premier remodeled our master bathroom. We found every stage of the project to be smooth, professional, and on time. The designer we worked with had great suggestions and helped us choose materials that coordinated well and that we really liked. All the Premier craftsmen that worked at our house were friendly, efficient, and skilled. They all worked to keep the job site as neat and clean as possible There was one glitch on our project and our project manager worked quickly to resolve the problem. .
