Travis Garcia and his team at Prestige Contractors are consummate professionals. Our redwood deck of 35 years was deteriorating and we decided to replace it. Travis guided us through a realistic evaluation of our options between a replacement deck or concrete patio and cover. Travis discussed conceptual options, provided cost estimates, and design drawings. As a result, we were able to receive prompt approval by our HOA and initiate the project. Although covid, supply chain delays, and subcontractor scheduling impacted our original time schedule, Travis kept us up to date on their modified construction schedule. Our patio and cover completed within budget and with exceptional quality construction. Travis and his team at Prestige Contractors will be our first choice for future home improvement projects. Our family loves these guys! We have used them for 3 major remodels (kitchen, basement and master bath) and they were all beautiful! We had Travis, Mike, Chris & Steve in our home doing a full kitchen renovation during the peak of COVID-19. Undoubtedly that extended the process, mostly due to longer lead times on things like cabinets, etc. However, I was able to get the selections completed with their suppliers fairly easily and I can’t say enough about Chris and Steve and their attention to detail. I selected some live edge open shelving to be installed in the new kitchen and as they knew it was an important design feature in the new open concept layout they worked personally with me to ensure that each board was not only extremely secure but placed in the exact location so as to show off it’s beautiful graining & texture. We took each challenge (like the big hole in the existing travertine from removing the old island) and turned them into design features. I would definitely recommend Travis and his crew. They were so good about cleaning up the job site at the end of each day (which was literally in the middle of our home) and very professional at all times. The scheduling & communication with Mike during the entire process was open and informative. We’ve had them back to change out a couple doors into windows and are in the process of doing two more this next week. Great people and great professionals. Thank you Travis.

I've never worked with an owner and crew who cared more about their customer and who went far above the customer's expectations to ensure the job was completed on time and with as much attention to detail. The family like atmosphere Travis has created with his employees has allowed his crew really capitalize on their strengths while ensuring timelines are met. The integrity and unbelievable work ethic of the entire crew speaks volumes of their character and values!

We hired Prestige to do a complete remodel on the main floor of a 1977 home. Travis was the only contractor that we interviewed that had the vision and offered alternatives to what we had originally thought about doing. We added a Master Bath Suite, expanded a 2nd bedroom, tore out a very dated moss rock fire place and replaced it w/ floor to ceiling slate, remodeled a 2nd bath, replaced all the wood flooring, replaced the kitchen counter tops, replaced and expanded a trex deck and poured an expanded concrete patio/hot tub area. We also had to add central heat and air. Travis and Mike managed quite a few trades throughout the process. Everyone that worked on the project were very professional. They were on site for an extended period & we were always very comfortable working with them. Of course there have been minor issues after the fact, but Prestige has done a great job of following up. They continue to do smaller projects for us.

Travis Garcia and his team of true professionals replaced my deck in September 2018. I had called several contractors prior to finding Travis with little luck. Right from the start Travis was a complete professional. He called when he said he would call. He came by the house when he committed. Every deliverable was met either ahead of schedule or on time. The work was of the highest quality and I am very satisfied. He also has an online tool that helps with project management, time frames, billing, etc. I was very, very impressed with Prestige Contractors Inc.

Working with Prestige Contractors has been a great experience from the beginning. Travis came over and gave us a very informative bid and was great about describing what the process would look like and what we could expect, realistic timelines, pricing, and communication. These guys showed up on time everyday, cleaned up after themselves everyday, let us know what they were up to everyday. Mike, Jeff, Kacey, and Phil were always very respectful in our home and with our dogs. Their workmanship is tight, everything they have done looks amazing!! They have met all deadlines and budgets they laid out in the beginning. We will use Prestige Contractors for any of our future home improvement projects and you should as well. I highly recommend Prestige Contractors to anyone taking on a home improvement project!

I highly recommend Prestige Contractors. They renovated our kitchen the beginning of this year and we could not be happier. They were responsive and easy to communicate with. Their work was fantastic. Even my hard to please husband (from a family of contractors himself) was happy with their craftsmanship. Any project like this would have a couple of issues during construction and when those issues arose, they were easily resolved. The work site (our kitchen in the middle of our main floor) was cleaned every evening before they left. Travis, Steve and Landon were also great with my kids and our dog. I look forward to working with them on our next project. Five stars all around!

Before our project began, Travis clearly outlined the process, guided me to find the right materials in our budget, then seamlessly handed the project off to Mike, his project manager, and team. The things that clearly stood out to us throughout this project: trustworthy, hardworking team; clear and quick communication both to answer our questions and outline next steps, and the crew was dedicated to our project, showed up on time, cleaned up their area in our home, as well as their staging area in our garage.
