“We had NME finish our basement, about 1000 square feet. They literally built it from nothing as it was just concrete and studs. We had them build a full bathroom, large guest/office room, kitchenette, and a common living space. Noor was ALWAYS very responsive to our calls, emails, and texts and was helpful to answer any questions we had and mindful of us trying to stay in our budget, making adjustments when needed. The finished product was a beautiful, comfortable living space conducive to our family's needs. We have three young kids and this space definitely maximizes the functionality of our home. “The two things that most influenced my decision to work with Agape were: 1) Agape's excellent feedback on Angie's List; 2) Jerry's (the owner) "regular guy" appeal to the consumer. No sales pitch; all work is done by the company and not sub'd out. All companies say they value customer satisfaction, but Jerry sincerely conveyed to me that customer service is not simply a slogan but guiding principle of Agape. They delivered!!! His workers were polite, timely, and meticulous in the quality of their work; the finished product greatly exceeded my expectations. I own several rental properties across the country and regularly interact with contractors. I can honestly say that Agape is the best team I have ever worked with. “We me the designer at the Columbus Home and Garden Show. She followed up with us and we liked how non-pushy her approach was. We worked together over the next few months on our timeframe and we welcomed her guidance through the process and her beautiful suggestions. We were also very pleased with the craftsmanship of the carpenter and the perfectionism of the production supervisor. “Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. We are beyond happy with what was done and will use Christopher again and have already referred him to a friend.”

“We chose Fairfax Kitchen Bath because they are a "one stop shop". You will also benefit from a company that puts the customer first. They will do whatever necessary to make your project a reality and to meet your expectations. They handle the design, project management, inspections, and all the labor for the projects. Their design gave us a great-looking kitchen, more storage, and more natural light. The project moved very smoothly and everything happened just as they said it would. Justin was our our project lead. He's completely reliable and a professional. Cabinets for our kitchen project were made by Schrock Cabinetry, tiles are from Best Tile.”

“We have been working with Sami, Shon and Tom for over 2 years in around the Bay Area. As an architectural design professional, I really enjoy completing projects after projects with them. They are easy to work with, very responsive, honest, and they care about the home owners' budget, time and expectations. Construction is always a heavy task. But Sami and his team make it easier for everyone, including me as a designer. Their team keeps the progress updated and provides all the roles enough information in time for decision making. They do have the experience to deliver a quality service. And from the design point of view, Sami is experienced and can provide really good solutions and material suggestions. In a project, his fast feedback allowed us to change the operable skylights to a better size to save some money for the client. (This project's photos are uploaded below as example, where they converted the existing atrium and small master bath into a bigger master bath and family room) This kind of interactive conversation among the home owner, designer, engineer and the contractor is very helpful to a project. Above all, if you have a project in mind or simply need some suggestion of what to do for your house, starting the conversation with Sami's team is a good choice.”

“We hired Willbanks Design to help us design, order and install the cabinets for a complete kitchen remodel. Buddy Cormier did a great job helping us select the wood (cherry!), door style and overall layout. When the cabinet company began to pull back from doing business in Nevada in the middle of our cabinet order, Buddy kept us informed and made sure that our order was grandfathered in and delivered as promised. Willbanks charged us what they had estimated and didn't nickel and dime us with extras. They even had to custom build a cabinet that the cabinet manufacturer had failed to deliver, and it looks exactly like the others. We ordered 2 glass doors for the hutch, and wanted to install custom glass. Months after the kitchen was complete I finally bought the glass we wanted. Although Willbanks Design had already been paid in full and our project was complete, they added the glass to the doors, brought them to our house and installed them with no added charge. We can't say enough about the Willbanks Design cabinet installer, Jorge, who did an absolutely spectacular job. He worked around our slanted ceilings, had to customize a number of cabinets, and gave us valuable input on the ideal size and placement of the new island. He was a superstar!”
