“5 Stars – Professional, Attentive, and Worth the Wait I had my apartment renovated last year, and while the project took almost 9 months, the results were well worth it. The team was professional, attentive, and clearly committed to high standards throughout the process. We hit a few roadblocks along the way, particularly with building approvals that took longer than expected. Additionally, there was an issue with the kitchen cabinets being delivered incorrectly. That said, the team handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. The cabinet issue was resolved quickly, and the final installation looks flawless. What truly made the difference was the project manager. He was outstanding—always one step ahead, incredibly organized, and excellent at communicating every update. His leadership kept the renovation on track despite the challenges. In the end, I’m very happy with the outcome and would absolutely recommend this team to anyone planning a renovation. Their attention to detail and customer care really set them apart.”

“We had a complete interior remodel of several rooms, including the kitchen, master bath, guest bath, master closet, laundry room, and some less extensive remodeling in other rooms. All of the flooring was replaced, cabinets, walls removed or moved, a steel beam installed so weight-bearing walls could be removed, installation of new appliances, fixtures, windows, electrical work, plumbing, drywall, painting and more. This was NOT a handyman job. Since the completed remodel we have enjoyed our home. It's stunning! Previously it was nice-enough but outdated, and now it is modern and fantastic. If I had wanted a quick and cheap job, I would have chosen someone else. I am very happy with the work that was done, and my interactions with the team. I trusted Concept Renovations to do any job on this house. They are knowledgeable, responsive, attentive, personable, and pleasant. Most of all they have a great vision No detail was left un-finished so I'm really glad they took the time and energy to take care of every last detail.”

“Dennis and his team completed a complete gut remodel of our kitchen and dining room, along with a number of other moderately sized projects such as installation of several doors and windows (including masonry work associated with expanding a large window) and a completely refinished mudroom with custom built-ins. All of the work was done expertly and with great attention to detail. Ours is a period home and his carpentry work in reframing doors and windows meticulously matches the 85 year old trim in the rest of the house. Likewise, the new brickwork on the exterior blends in perfectly with the rest of the façade. Each of his subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, masonry, plastering, etc.) did excellent work. We had no hiccups at any stage of inspection and everything looks great. Working with DMPC is effortless - Dennis is highly responsive and reliable, calm and organized, clean and considerate. His team showed up just about every day (including some Saturdays) for approximately two months and worked very hard to get us into our brand new kitchen as soon as possible. We can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of his work!”
