I bought my first house in the Los Angeles area (Marina del Rey) in January 2024. The inside of the house was in need for some major renovations - from new floors throughout the entire house, to a new kitchen, closets, fireplace, and other items. We needed to fix quite a few things in our backyard. We also realized that tons of remodels that came with the house 25 years ago were not up to City code anymore it were put in illegally by the previous owner. Before calling Pure Energy We called a few electricians to help with some power outage issues and they told us they couldn't fix anything because the issue was our outdated box and since electrical box wasn't up to code they couldn't replace anything on it. We called Pure Energy back because they were so Great the first time around and we didn't realize the extent of what needed to be replaced. They sent Cody to us and he inspected the house far more than the electricians and handy men called prior. He gave us a quote immediately. He let us think about everything and helped us research tons of options at several different price points. He figured out everything we needed to do to move our electrical box and get our home up to code. He re-did everything for us and got power restored. They saved us money, time and kept us comfortable during the process. Cody is so caring and thoughtful. He would help my grandma around the house with everything from helping her up and down the front steps to picking out fixtures and paint with her. They became fast friends snd He would hang pictures and move furniture per her request. He took the time to talk with her and explain what he was doing and make her feel heard. He truly became a part of the family. When my grandmother passed last weekend Pure Energy sent flowers and food. After doing my research, I decided to give Pure Energy a try. Overall, I can’t not express how happy I am with the work and knowledge they provided to me. My kitchen looks fantastic! Will definitely recommend!

This year we remodeled our kitchen and could not have been happier with our contractors, the entire process was so seamless and they made everything so easy for us. The. Project was completed in time as promised and on budget. We are so happy with the final product, so much attention to detail was made during the process and it shows.

My wife and I purchased a home last year and after thorough research we decided to work with Tom and Pure Energy Construction. Initially we were going to test out the company starting only with our bathroom remodeling, but very quickly we saw Tom's management of his team and how great the team was that we decided to move forward with our other 2 bathrooms, our custom kitchen and finally our ADU in the backyard. I will also add that they have a very organized production management team which really upgraded the experience. This has probably been one of the best experience for us working with a Contractor like Tom; the level of details and attentiveness to our needs was remarkable, and for me personally whenever any issues came up, he would be very professional and discuss it with us rather than covering up like most contractors do. I am most impressed with how they handled the permitting process with city of Venice and the run around time frame. We highly recommend Pure Energy Construction and will be doing all our future projects with Tom.

We purchased my grandparents' home in 2020 and it needed a lot of work - full kitchen remodel, 2 bathrooms, taking down a wall, putting up 2 walls, new roof, electric, gas lines, plumbing, and countless smaller jobs. From our very first meeting, Tom's friendly and easy going personality along with his professional confidence put us at ease.
