QFC is the best construction company we have worked with over the past 15 years. Doing a remodel on an older home often presents more challenges than new construction. QFC was always professional and respectful, and did outstanding work. They quoted the job appropriately and stuck to budget without compromising quality work or quality materials. All subs that entered our home were communicative and professional as well. When challenges occurred, QFC listened to our requests, presented quality design options and blended the changes seamlessly with our design. It was a pleasure doing business with them in what is typically a very stressful project. We highly recommend working with them.

Brett and the entire QFC team are truly one-of-a-kind. They made what can be a tenuous and difficult process especially smooth. Brett has great integrity in the work he does, but his integrity as a person and how he treats clients is even more impressive. From the moment I began considering Brett for my project, it was clear that he was truly listening and wanted to fully understand my vision for the finished product. Very high quality workmanship including his subs. That being said, we have renovated 5 homes now in our moves over the years, so I have a good history to compare. Brett and his brother are very nice and honest people. Our project (which was extensive) was only a week or 2 over in completion and stayed on budget. Highly recommend QFC!

Brett came highly recommended, and he surpassed our expectations. He does first-rate work, identifies and only employs the best sub-contractors, and is always a pleasure to deal with. He and his team expanded and entirely renovated our kitchen, removed wallpaper, refinished floors, oversaw HVAC work, and I am sure I am leaving out several things. He has posted the pictures under the heading 1920s kitchen renovation. We have had too many compliments on his work to count. Moreover, the work was done on time and on budget. We had such a good experience with him on that large project that we have now started another large project of an addition of a bathroom and closet, renovation of a sun porch and the addition of an elevated stone patio. He is the best, and we highly recommend him.

Brett did a first rate job. We renovated the main living space and kitchen. He and all his subs were great to work with. They were very respectful and friendly. Brett is honest and did not surprise us with hidden costs. Honestly, we missed working with him when the project was finished! We would highly recommend him and would never consider working with anyone else if we have a future project.

Brett did a wonderful job with our project, which included remodeling an existing bathroom and bedroom and new construction on a garage and bonus room. We hired Brett Sipe and QFC to remodel a kitchen, a den, move a laundry room upstairs and to add an outside porch to our home built in 1928. We wanted a builder who could make the new addition look as if it had always been part of our home. After meeting Brett, we knew we had the right contractor.
