The Raven team did a complete gut and remodel of my 1500 sf townhouse. Working with them was easy, with a great in-house designer and a good collaborative process. My new place looks incredible! Richard Diaz is fairly new to the Tucson community but NOT to the craft of everything related to homes. His company, Raven Construction, LLC has completed several projects for us. Richard has replaced a fence, installed a "man" door for the garage, a water line connection for a bidet, completed repair of a water damaged ceiling including drywall and paint matching, completely refinished all the oak floors, removed mold from shower tiles and replaced the glass shower door. The work was done quickly (I think he might even work on weekends), efficiently and with little disruption to our daily life. We are comfortable calling him for both large and small projects; he completes all work with equal professionalism. Richard always provides written estimates for his work and the jobs are completed on or ahead of schedule. Raven Construction, LLC, and Richard Diaz have our strongest recommendation for all projects involving a home. Ours was built in 1908 and Richard treats the "old lady" with the care she deserves.

Hugo and the Raven team are friendly, detail orientated and go above and beyond to ensure we are happy with the work. I was blown away when they called in a cleaning crew to deep clean our office after some reno work. I will continue to call them when our house needs updating!

I contacted Raven Construction to properly hang some interior doors. They did an excellent job, even building a custom door jamb. They were efficient and professional. I was very pleased with their work. I plan to have them complete another remodel project beginning in 2024.

Richard with Raven Construction did an excellent job on the initial project. As is common in house remodels, I started small and it just grew until 50% of the house was repainted and 95% of the house has new flooring. Richard was always very accommodating as to time and availability. He will be coming back to finish the last part of the flooring once I have packed up my wife's crafting room so that we can finish putting down the flooring. After that, if there is anything else to do, he will be my first call.

Rich and his hand-picked crew are amazing; prompt arrival every day and insures the job site is kept clean with minimal disruption in the client's day to day home life. Because of his efficient use of time and the talent and skills of his crews, he can get a detailed project fully completed in a reasonable amount of time. Our complete master bathroom remodel was absolutely amazing. Rich helped us design a spacious beautiful fully tiled walk-in shower, complete with new walls, custom made niches, and a bench. His team installed all of our hand-picked tile, a custom fabricated quartz countertop and backsplash, new plumbing fixtures, toilet, updated exhaust fan/heater/light, and even installed our arch mirrors and towel bars. The project was absolutely COMPLETE when finished. Rich is a skilled carpenter, craftsman, and businessman. I highly recommend Raven Construction LLC for your next construction project or remodel.

Rich and his crew completed an extensive residential project for my wife and I ("the customers") last month (December 2022). They were prompt, responsive, collaborative, open to different perspectives and methods for completing the work, had a "can do" attitude, and were able to make changes quickly as requested by the customers. They communicated frequently with the customers to ensure the project progress was aligned with the customers' expectations. Rich brought in skilled subcontractors when it was appropriate to ensure the job was done to the customers' satisfaction. Rich and his crew were professional, friendly and personable. They were always mindful of the project schedule and considerate of the customers' needs and requests while the customers lived at the residence during project execution. We have recommended Raven Construction LLC to many people, and we plan on using them again for future projects at our residence.

Rich and his team at Raven Construction did a fantastic job on the remodel of our short-term rental. They got the job done on time and at a fair price and handled the inevitable surprises of a remodel project like true pros. But my favorite part about working with Raven construction is that they are honest and fair. I never felt like I was being upsold or anchored when asking for an estimate on work. This peace of mind alone made working with them amazing. The cherry on top was their amazing quality of work. I will definitely be calling Raven Construction again for future projects.

I have used Raven Construction LLC for several home repair and restoration projects.
