First used Regency back in 2018 for our kitchen renovation and were very impressed with their craftmanship. From start to finish they had wonderful design ideas, attention to detail and the project stayed on budget and was completed on schedule. So without hesitation we chose them again this year for our primary bathroom gut job . We had an challenging space, they had again provided wonderful design solutions. The crew were wonderful, punctual, professional and their craftmanship shows in all the details. There was great communication throughout the project, we' d know exactly what time they would be starting and they were always here on time, dedicated to the task. Amazing condo renovation with Regency Home remodeling. Both bathrooms, kitchen, all doors including transforming pocket doors into French doors, all ceiling lights… Bruce, Sam, Iwona, Adam were wonderful. Extremely helpful, every step of the way, keeping me updated, completing the work on time and on budget. Living in a condo, there was the complication of following condo rules, which they did to perfection. After 22 years and 3 small children, our hallway bathroom needed a complete makeover. Bruce met with us and by the end of the meeting, we were 100% comfortable and confident in awarding Regency our business. What set Regency apart was their constant communication, large network of suppliers and commitment to quality work. I also wanted to give a big shout out to Iwona for helping us design a gorgeous bathroom and to Daniel for working tirelessly to create that bathroom. We absolutely plan on using them again for future projects.

We can’t say enough good things about Sam, Greg and the entire Regency team. We did a full update of our lower level along with a bathroom on our main level. Our lower level was a space that had been stuck in the 70s that we seldomly used. Today, with the help of Regency, the 1,300 sq/ft space has been transformed into rooms that far exceeded our expectations. The lower level now includes a home theater, exercise studio and creative workshop, in addition to spa like bathrooms on both the lower and main floors. Thank you Regency for transforming what had been wasted space into areas we will be enjoying with friends and family for many years to come.

Integrity It's our first interaction with a contractor whom did what they said they'd do. Our two bathroom remodels are beautiful and finished within the initial timeline and budget. They responded to our questions/challenges with forthright and kind communications. And most importantly they were trustworthy. I recommend.

Regency completed a big kitchen remodel for us requiring a wall to be taken down and a very large beam to be placed. They also redid our floors and a bathroom. I had a very specific timeline in mind and they were able to meet my deadline which was amazing! They were very patient with letting me choose my kitchen layout and making many changes. When the work started they were on time very clean very efficient and extremely hard-working. The communication was also excellent. They did an amazing job and I could not be happier with the results!

We just finished doing a total remodeling of our primary bath with Regency. We could not be happier with every aspect of the project....from our first meeting, selection of all our items through their recommendations, the design plan, the quality of work and craftsmanship, the prompt responses to any and all questions. It was near perfect from the beginning to the end. I could not say enough positive things about Regency (Sam, Bruce and Roman)and would recommend them to anyone thinking about a remodeling project in their home.

We hired Regency to remodel of our kitchen in Fall 2021. Long story short: hire this company because their work, professionalism and customer service is first class. Our job was to gut and completely remodel our approximately 140 sq. ft. kitchen (new drywall, cabinets, counters, sink, plumbing, flooring, lighting, appliances—everything) as well as remove and replace our laundry room sink and tub. The design process was very professional and gave us tons of options in our new layout. When it came to the work, unlike contractors we’ve hired in the past, Regency had a dedicated team of 2 guys that showed up every single day, generally working 8 to 9 hours a day. There was none of the usual business of days and days with no work and no progress that we’ve experienced in the past—even with highly rated outfits. Because of Regency’s approach, we had a fully working kitchen in a little over 4 weeks from the day they started work, which was way ahead of our expectations. More importantly, the work looks fantastic and they followed our instructions and wishes to the letter. They even went above and beyond, for example, one day the air conditioning was suddenly not working and I thought it was because of the work on the electrical panel. When I asked about it, the guys diagnosed and replaced a blown fuse in my air conditioning—not even part of their job! The team was respectful of our home and left the site swept up each day and minimized disruption and dust as much as possible. Our project manager, Sam, was very responsive to any issues (usually responding within a hour or so to any emails) and was always ready to stop by if needed. I can say our experience with Regency was fantastic, and I would (and almost certainly will) hire them again without second thought on our next project.

Regency Home Remodeling recently completed a hallway bathroom remodel for us and we couldn’t be more pleased. From the outset of the project, communication was exceptional, timelines were clear, and we always understood the scope of work and expectations around payments. We got weekly updates as the project progressed, so we were never wondering what was happening. We really appreciated being able to work with Regency’s suppliers for fixtures, stone, tile, and cabinets. We were able to pick out the colors and styles we liked and brands that fit with our budget. Finally, the craftsmanship of the work was fabulous! We are so pleased with our new bathroom!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Regency Home Remodeling. We had our 50 yr old kitchen gutted down to the studs and brought up to a masterpiece!!! Working with Regency Home Remodeling was one of the best user experiences we have ever had when using a home contractor. Bruce and Sam Pinsler were always on time, knowledgeable, honest and extremely well organized. We did an extensive bathroom and hall closet remodel and the team we were assigned were the best craftsman we have ever worked with. Max, Bogdan or Peter, were there every day and always on time! We couldn't be happier with the result. We also had access to Regency's first-rate plumbing, cabinetry, tile and fabrication suppliers!. I couldn't be happier that I had Regency remodel my bathroom. Regency did a fantastic job. The finished bathroom looks great and the entire team was a pleasure to work with. Regency's proposal was very reasonable and, unlike others, there are no hidden costs. You know what the final price will be from the start. Roman is meticulous and incredibly skilled. From the demolition to the electrical work to the plumbing and tiling, Roman ably and skillfully handled each step of the project. Sam managed the project very professionally and was responsive to any and all requests. I will certainly use Regency for my next project.

I hired Regency to do a major remodel for my house (Kitchen, all bathrooms and basement). My project was done on time and on budget. They communicate very well. I don't think there was ever a time I had to wait for a response during the entire project. They got back to me with answers right away every time. I am very happy with the experience and their work. I highly recommend.

A tad on the expensive side but you 100% get what you pay for. They are prompt, do great, timely work, and stand by their work for years to come. They finished my bathroom 2 years ago and are willing to come replace a fan for me at no charge even though it is a manufacturer warranty claim and no fault of Regency). Sam is a great manager; he has been from the start and still is 2 years later!

We had a small outdated kitchen we wanted to update. After talking with several companies Regency was the one we felt most comfortable with. The whole project stayed on budget and on time. We had a very positive experience with Regency Home Remodeling. They recently remodeled two upstairs guest bathrooms and our Master bathroom. We were thrilled with the outcome. Bruce developed the proposal, and his son Sam ran the jobs for us. Both were a pleasure to work with. Sam was always very responsive with all of the day to day specifics which were important to us. The guys who did the work are very experienced and skilled at the various trades and we found them to be courteous. All of the workers cleaned up each night and respected our home. Both the workers and Sam were very accommodating and were eager to do whatever was necessary to please us. Regency recommended great suppliers to us and had us deal with specific people that they know at those places (tile company, bathroom fixture company, cabinet designer). All of these people were very efficient in helping us pick out what we needed. Their prices were fair. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but the workmanship was great quality and we love our newly remodeled bathrooms.

We hired Regency to take care of a severely out-of-style master bathroom. Not only did they create the exact bathroom we wanted but handled the process of remodeling better than I could have expected. They helped us with suppliers and logistics, worked with us through changes and, most importantly, kept every promise they made. Not only do we now have a beautiful bathroom, we know the job was done well and would trust them again without reservation.

We have completed three projects over the past year with Regency and are super pleased with the results! We remodeled an office space in our family room, and gutted the master bathroom and a second full bath. The entire staff we worked with – Bruce, Sam, Iwona, and Tom – were very personable, knowledgeable, and attentive to our unique needs. The contacts they provided for choosing stone, tile, sinks, etc were reasonably priced and easy to work with. My husband and I run a business out of our home, so accommodations were needed in terms of space and time constraints. When an unexpected delay occurred with the office space remodel, Sam was extremely responsive and adjusted accordingly going forward. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the plan and progress of each project. This group can be trusted to deliver on what was promised. We’re already planning our next project with them!

We hired Regency to renovate our 1st floor, relocating our kitchen and adding a mudroom, as well as replacing our siding, windows, and gutters. Any renovation is stressful at times; however, Bruce, Sam, and their team were always responsive and professional. In addition, Iwona was attentive, listening to our vision to help us design the perfect space. We are very pleased with the work that Regency did and would definitely hire them again!

We just completed a kitchen remodel and used Regency Home Remodeling. Our house was built in 1957 and while there had been a later remodel the kitchen really didn't have the wiring and plumbing to meet our current needs. Regency did a complete kitchen remodel and took the room down to the studs and reinsulated and put in new electrical wiring, moved plumbing, put in a new floor, granite counters, backsplash, new cabinets, and repainted. They (Luke, Bruce, Sam, Iwana) were very meticulous, professional, and were wonderful in accomplishing the job in a time efficient manner. They did the heavy lifting on permitting, inspections, and picking up supplies etc. We would definitely use them again. We love our new kitchen and the other plus was they had excellent recommendations for quality vendors.

We hired Regency for a complete gut/remodel of the kitchen, replacing all of the baseboard trim throughout the first floor of the house, and painting the entire first floor of the house, including all of the crown molding and window trim. We had received many bids for the project, but Regency was the only bid where we did not worry about unknown costs. We felt really comfortable working with Bruce, and in the end are very happy that we chose Regency. Most of the other contractors we spoke with were very hesitant about removing the outdated soffits from the kitchen, and told us that depending on what they found, it could really add to the cost of the project. Bruce said “no problem, we will remove the soffits and deal with whatever we find at no additional cost.” Sam was our project coordinator and Jerry was the foreman on the job. Both of them were very easy to work with, and very responsive to our inquiries. Jerry and the crew did a fantastic job on all aspects of the project. When we discovered that there was actually some wasted space in one wall, Jerry reframed it to minimize the wall and we were able to expand the cabinet and counter top by almost a foot. We liked the fact that the cabinets were included in the Regency price, and the quality of the cabinets was by far superior to what other companies were offering for a similar price. We also installed cabinets for which Jerry built custom made upper shelves in the recessed area on both sides of the fireplace in the family room which opens up to the kitchen. These custom made “built-ins” tie the two rooms together by using the same cabinetry and they look great. After they started on the painting, we realized that we should have included painting the stairwell and upstairs hallway, as well as replacing the old interior doors and baseboard trim in the upstairs hallway. We talked to Sam about adding this extra work to our project. Sam gave us a reasonable price, and we had them do the extra work. Although the project ended up taking a few weeks longer than expected, it was worth the wait. There were some minor things that needed touching up or adjusting, but Regency took care of them. They paid attention to the little details, and we believe they truly cared about giving us a finished project that we would love. We definitely recommend Regency, and we look forward to working with them to update our bathrooms in the future.

Overall great experience. Workers were really nice...our kids still ask...”is Greg coming over today?”. Sam (managed the project) was very responsive. We made many changes to the scope of the project (kitchen / foyer / refinish floors, etc.) and Sam was very accommodating and pricing very reasonable.

Regency home remodeling has remodeled our kitchen and three bathrooms. They are extremely easy to work with and have competitive prices. The most recent job(sporing 2018) was redoing three bathrooms. We worked closely with Sam (job manager) and Arthur (head remodeler). As with any big job there were a lot of moving parts and decisions to make and Sam helped us keep it all together. Regency has a great system where they come into your home and virtually show you different layouts and options for our remodel and they measure everything and show you all the dimensions. Regency works with great vendors for cabinetry, tile, stone, and fixtures. Their contacts are easy to work with and will walk you through the process of choosing all the materials and help you stay on budget. We had a couple of snags throughout the process - which is to be expected with a big remodel - but anytime we had questions or concerns or wanted to change something (layout, details, etc) Sam was happy to work with us to ensure we were satisfied. Even since the job has been completed if we found anything that we weren't 100% happy with Sam has come back and made sure it was done to our high expectations. Everyone is very easy to communicate with over text and email or a quick phone call if needed. We totally trusted Arthur and gave him a set of keys at the beginning of the project and told him to go for it. He can and went as needed and was her most days to try and finish the job in a timely manner. If we had anything left to remodel (thank goodness we don't) I would hire Regency again.

Our 1940’s Cape Cod kitchen and bath needed a complete overhaul. Regency was professional from beginning to end, never giving us the impression that our job was too small. Bruce gave us an immediate idea of his plans, the cost, and where to go for tile, fixtures, and appliances. His attitude provided the confidence we sought that Bruce and his people would do an excellent job. Iwona drew up and revised the plans for us, Daltile, Studio 41, and ABT electronics guided us in the selection of tiles, fixtures, and appliances while Sam kept in constant communication answering any questions. Bart and his team (Simon, Merik, Greg, Alex, John and Chris) had specific jobs for which they were responsible, doing expert work as well as cleaning up each day. We are very pleased with the finished kitchen and bath, along with the overall experience. We cannot say enough positive things about Regency, and we highly recommend them!

Our master bath was a 1985 total gut job. In all of our remodeling experience over the years, we have never had a company that proved to be dependable, reliable, and efficient until hiring Regency Remodeling. As a home owner, our biggest fear of being sold a story that does not deliver. Bruce and his team can forever make that a nightmare of the past. My experience with Regency never encompassed the word disappointed. Tom is a master at his craft and takes much pride in his work. The communication between Bruce (owner), Sam (his son) Tom, and us was tremendous as we were all in the loop. This all made the experience great. I recently used Regency Home Remodeling for a bathroom remodel. Bruce's entire team was great from the first visit to help me plan the remodel all the way through to the final activities of hanging mirrors and shelves. Everyone did an awesome job and I couldn't be happier with the results. The remodel involved removing walls, replacing all major fixtures (tub, shower, vanity, lights, etc.). The guys were on time each morning and cleaned up the rooms before leaving each day. Sam did a great job overseeing the entire operation. I highly recommend Regency!

He always finds a great solution and has a GIANT collection of photos so you can see that he's done what he's recommending somewhere else and it turned out great. Absolutely love our bathroom remodel--best room in the house! Our bathroom was a major remodel, and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire project. We couldn’t be happier with the work done by Regency on our first family home. We needed a major kitchen remodel and some other related electrical and plumbing work. We were overwhelmed with where and how to begin. I had a good feeling about Regency from the first phone call to ask for an initial estimate. I spoke with someone immediately (PJ) and he was not only friendly but set us up for an initial meeting with Bruce as soon as possible. Bruce walked us through our options and was refreshingly upfront about costs and honest about what was needed and what was optional. We had an old oddly shaped kitchen and Bruce and the kitchen designer Iwona came up with designs that maximized use of the space while keeping things open and inviting. Seriously – I love everything from the lighting, the newly framed window with sink and pendant light, to the cabinets with space saving ideas that I would have never thought of. Bruce helped us navigate what to look at with the venders and how to stay within our budget. When it came time for work to start, the team was FANTASTIC, especially Greg. Everyone was polite and extremely detail oriented with their work. Even the inspectors complemented the work during inspection. That’s another reason that we’re so happy with Regency. They do the work correctly, to code, and you don’t need to stress about it later. We have been so pleased with the kitchen work that we’re about to have Regency remodel the laundry room. So, Regency is solid enough that we’re already repeat customers.

Dream master bathroom - From end to end, we were extremely happy with the service, design ideas, vendor connections, and quality of the work. This was the largest project we have ever completed, taking down walls, reconfiguring all of the plumbing and electric, and adding a window to the space. Bruce established a great rapport with us at the beginning, spending ~5 hours with us before we even signed our contract. He was honest, listened to our requests, and helped design a bathroom layout that we didn't even know was possible. He insisted on getting the appropriate permitting (different than other vendors we contacted). Bruce and his team were patient with us as we took our time picking out some very specific design items. We used Bruce's recommended vendors (Cara at Daltile, Arthur at Studio 41, and Jr. from Tip Top Glass). Cara was very easy to work with and helped us make quick decisions. Arthur and Rahnea at Studio 41 helped us find exactly what we wanted, including satin gold fixtures, all while being conscious of our moderate budget. Jr. was a pleasure to deal with - in addition to the glass for our shower, he cut a custom round mirror for us and found satin gold hardware to match our fixtures. Last, but certainly not least, Arthur was the lead at our house for our appx. 6 week project. He and Andre were clean, courteous, and did great work. They arrived promptly at 8 each morning and made sure to clean up each night as we had to stay in our master bedroom during the project. Arthur was great at sharing his ideas and he was flexible as we made slight tweaks to the project throughout. We really enjoyed the full service approach that Regency provided from picking up all of the materials and facilitating vendor relationships to providing guidance and opinions when requested. Regency is definitely a premium vendor, but we felt it was well worth the value. Bruce provided us with a budget and we were able to navigate within it, despite some high end finishes that we chose for certain items. We highly recommend Bruce and his team!

We had our two bathrooms completely gutted and remodeled. This was our first renovation experience and it was outstanding. The price was fair, the craftsmanship was impeccable, and the communication throughout the project was great.

Bruce and his crew were great! The bathroom turned out beautiful and we are loving the new space. Friends and family have also commented on how great it turned out. The crew showed up on time, and were great about cleaning up and protecting the home. We could not have been happier with the recommendations for tile, fixtures, glass, stone, etc which Bruce put us in contact with. A pleasure to deal with, and would definitely hire again for other future projects. Being a home inspector by trade, I was skeptical that any contractor could live up to my standards and attention to details. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out.

Bruce and his team at Regency did a great job on our kitchen remodeling project and we really enjoyed working with them! They were professional, friendly, and thorough. Their kitchen designer showed great attention to detail, the vendors they worked with provided quality materials, and the crew was outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They provided a proposal for the total cost up front, and although it was a little more than we initially wanted to spend, it was nice to have a guarantee that the project would not exceed this amount. We are very happy with our new kitchen and I will definitely consider using them for future remodeling projects! I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors!

Short version: I have nothing but raves for Bruce and his team. They were great, I got a touch of HGTV crazy, I was talked back to reality, and I am beyond pleased with my final product. Also, I think it is really important to note that he was the only contractor I met with that didn’t play games or ask me to do the work without permits. The three other gentlemen I met with, who were all approved through Angie’s List and Home Advisor, were all pushing to work without permits or didn’t even bring it up until I asked. Bruce and I were on the same page about how it had to be done properly and legally. It wasn’t a question, which spoke to the credibility of both him and Regency. These guys know what they are doing. Long story: I have a small tri-level house with only one shared full bathroom upstairs with an additional vanity area and sink in the master. Bruce was able to take that space and turn it into two BEAUTIFUL full bathrooms. He was there with me and walked me through every step, including my panicked midnight emails asking stupid questions, which he assured me were not stupid… they were. He dealt with all of my indecision and gave opinions every time that I asked. Bruce got me quotes for my outlandish ideas, but he also talked me down from the crazy ones with basic logic. I am a first time homeowner, I have lived in my house for five years, I hate change, and I had NO IDEA what I was in for or what I really wanted. Logic didn’t seem to be in my repertoire. From looking at the drawings, I couldn’t picture what they could really do. I came home on day one to my bedroom completely closed off with plastic (picture Dexter or American Psycho) and a giant open space that was ripped from the roof down to the studs. That was when the fear set in. What had I done? How could this go back together? When will I be able to shower in my own home again?! It came together steadily day by day. The guys that Bruce had working on my job were fantastic- Greg was always so happy, even when I asked him to flip something (vanity lights) upside down just so I could see how they looked the other way… He was right. Whether they knew it or not, I checked my ADT app daily to see what time they arrived. They were there by 8:10 every morning and still there when I got home from work. They even worked on some Saturdays because I stressed that I really wanted this all done before Thanksgiving. We finished the project ahead of schedule, and I could not be more thrilled with the results. I love every aspect. I had no idea there were so many decisions involved in a project of this magnitude. Bruce hooked me up with the best people that were honestly a pleasure to work with. Cara from Daltile, Arthur from Studio 41, and Jr. from Tip Top Glass were unbelievable. Jr. even came out to meet me at my house at 7am before I had to go to work to measure my showers, and he sent me pictures as soon as installation was complete since I wasn’t there. All I can say to the entire team is thank you so much for the enormous difference you made in the look and function of my home.

Bruce and his team were great to work with. They did a remodel of our master bath and living room. They had great suppliers (Dal-Tile and Studio 41, for example) who helped us along the way. Bruce's crew started our job on time EVERY single day! They asked for our feedback throughout the project. We are very happy with the end result of both rooms. Bruce told us going into the project how long it would take, and it took almost exactly that amount of time. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Thank you Bruce and team

We had our horrible 1956 (original to the house) kitchen finally remodeled by Bruce and his team at Regency. They did an absolutely beautiful job!!! The renovation/remodel cost did go way over what we had wished to spend, but it was ended up being well worth the money! Bruce also has many connections within the home remodeling industry and was able to get us discounts on almost everything we purchased. Bruce is a great guy to work with. He does whatever he can to make things work. I would definitely recommend Regency and we plan to have more remodeling done with him and his company soon.

Bruce, Luke and the whole team did a great job at remodeling my kitchen. From the beginning design work, demolishing, construction and to finishing and closing the job the experience was great. They constantly updated me on the progress of the job and made me feel very comfortable on how things were going to be completed. They were always willing to answer my questions and concerns and deliver on time. The follow up by Bruce and Luke was just awesome. My new Kitchen looks great. Bruce and his team were great. Involved from design through finish. Bruce showed us multiple design options. Bruce runs the project and communicates the entire way. The quality of work was excellent and I would use them again tomorrow and certainly will when we have our next bathroom project. We did a complete gut job on our master bath and had a lot of tile work and it looks fantastic.

I absolutely would recommend Regency. We did a kitchen remodel and it was a complete gut-job....knocking down a structural wall, electrical, plumbing, appliances, countertop, new flooring, etc. The entire project stayed on time and the process was headache free. The entire Regency team are extremely professional, are very respectful of your time and space and are very dedicated and committed to get the job done right. Almost every day, there was a worker starting at 8am (on time) and working until 5 or 6pm in the evening. I would absolutely recommend Regency and we would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Let me start off by saying that Regency is the only company I would consider in the Chicago area. Our project consisted of: Guest Bath remodel - existing bath remodel Master bath addition - turned a closet into the master bathroom Closet addition - built a new closet Kitchen remodel - knocked down a wall, new plumbing, electrical, flooring etc.. We worked with Bruce Pinsler and his team. I can not say enough positive things about our experience. I entered the project a bit nervous, as I rarely have heard of a positive experience with a contractor. Amazingly, once the project kicked off things went way more smoothly than I expected. Bruce's team was professional and treated our home like it was their own. The work is impeccable. The small bath was completed by 1 person in about a week and was a complete gutting/rehab. It turned out amazing. The kitchen/master bath combo took about 6 weeks, and they finished ahead of schedule and within budget. Bruce did an outstanding job of setting expectations and keeping the project on track. Mirek and Greg did amazing work, and worked with us on questions and concerns throughout the project. The finished product is everything we hoped it would be. We have 2 dogs who use a dog door, and they made accommodations for them as well. Great company, great people, and if you're thinking of doing a major project, call them, and ask for Bruce!

This project turned out even better than I had imagined. Our kitchen was a complete gut job. We re-did everything: new layout, lighting, appliances, floors, cabinets, counter tops and sink. Bruce and his crew were amazing! They finished a weeks ahead of schedule and did an excellent job! Their quality is top notch. I would highly recommend using them.

We recently contracted a complete kitchen remodel and hardwood floor restoration with Regency Home Remodeling through Bruce Pinsler and upon fulfillment are pleased to say we are extremely happy with both the overall experience & end results. The bid was very competitive, we encountered no unexpected additional expenses and everything was completed well before the contracted time estimation. Bruce was in touch daily to help guide us through every step of the remodeling process, ensure that all was proceeding smoothly and assist in any way needed. Regency's designer Iwona was a pleasure to work with and did a great job helping us find creative resolutions that best fit our needs & sense of style. This was true of Regency's third party vendor referrals as well & we enjoyed considerable savings on appliances, hardware & tile. The highly experienced crew included skilled electrical, flooring, cabinetry and paint specialists, all of whom did a great job and were always punctual, tidy, accommodating & polite. We intend to use Regency for other remodeling projects and highly recommend them to all. They are a great company with a fantastic team of honest, friendly, customer focused people. Hire them, you will be glad you did.

Bruce and Regency did a fantastic job with our project (full bath remodel, kitchen backsplash & counters, and refinishing our wood floors). There were 3 things that we felt mattered the most: quality, price and time. The workmanship was great. Everything exceeded our expectations. In regards to price, we received quotes from a few different remodelers and Regency was by far the most reasonable option. This was mainly due due to the significant discounts we were able to obtain by going through Bruce's suggested suppliers. Time was a big deal to us because there was a 3 week window before we moved into our new house. And in that window we wanted most of the work to be completed. Bruce was able to get his guys started immediately and everything we requested to be completed was done prior to us moving.

We are very happy with all of the work that Regency did for us which included a kitchen remodel, custom shelving in the family room, two custom fireplaces, flooring on the first floor and basement, and a half bath remodel. I enjoyed working with Bruce - he was responsive and attentive. He and his team were very good at incorporating my design ideas, thus we got a lot of custom and unique elements. Greg and Michael did most of the installation work and were great. They installed a beautiful custom backsplash. Leo did a wonderful job on the floors; and when we had some bubbling (because of an uneven base from a previous owner removing a wall), he fixed it at no charge. All minor issues (crooked cabinet, etc) were promptly fixed. Bruce made recommendations for suppliers and often passed along his contractor’s discount. We got about 5 quotes for the project and Regency's was average and reasonable. The quote had some wiggle room depending on our choices for granite, appliances, backsplash, etc. Bruce gave us a range for those while the costs for the cabinets and their work was stable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would use them again.

Regency complete rehabbed to bathrooms for us. We were not entirely sure what we wanted at first, but Bruce did an excellent job helping us understand what our options were and we are thrilled with the end result. Bruce and the contractors were very easy to work with and committed to making sure we were very happy and comfortable with the end result. We would highly recommend them, especially to anyone that needs someone to help ideas come to life.

Regency Home Remodeling renovated my master bathroom and my kitchen. Both came out beautifully and I couldn't be more pleased. I appreciated having Bruce as a project manager. I tapped into his knowledge and expertise multiple times. He was always responsive and communicative - a pleasure to deal with. His estimates for time and cost of materials were on target. Overall positive experience and both spaces look fantastic!

Regency Home Remodeling transformed our bathroom into a thing of beauty. We are extremely happy with them from the moment of the in home quote to present. They took a bathroom that was almost 20 years and tranformed it into a modern work of art. Their advise was invaluable in making decisions that affected the result in such a positive way. Both the plumbing and electrical required additional work due to the new shower features we chose. Regency Home Remodeling was timely, efficient, and on budget. We still look at our bathroom with huge smiles on our faces, knowing we made the right decision in using Regency Home Remodeling.

First know, that my hall bath and master bathroom are beautiful and I am very happy with the end result. 5 star remodel/1 star experience. Reason for 3 stars was it was very stressful getting to the end of the remodel. I sat down with them when everything was completed to offer suggestions so that others don't experience what I did. Partition off rooms that will be effected by the dust. My entire family room was covered in an inch of dust including my couch, love seat and furniture. After that , they then used plastic partitions. They should allow 30 min every day for clean up. My laundry floor and tub, garage floor, doors, were left a mess with white residue. In the case of the garage, not able to even walk in it or use during the remodel. I realize they needed the garage to work in but again, clean and leave an isle for walking. If they say they are going to begin at 8am and I set my alarm to be up and they don't show until 9:30, I am not in a good mood when they arrive. This was a consistent problem. Also, work an 8hr day. There were a lot of items that I needed to reimburse them for misc purchases. Give me the receipts. No receipts, no reimbursements. I actually had to tell the worker to keep an envelope with my name on it in his truck to put the receipts in. I really liked the the owner/contractor, Bruce but job needed better supervision. Was initially told he would be by at my house every day/every other day. Sometimes a week would go by and he would not visit. Bruce was good about communicating by phone and text though. Yet, I felt I had to be there every step of the way.

We are so glad we chose to hire Bruce and his team with Regency to do our kitchen remodel. Our kitchen turned out exactly as we had planned and we are loving every square inch. Each individual who came to work was efficient, professional, exceptional in their skill-set, and courteous. Some of the cabinetry we needed for our space required some custom work, all of which they willingly and beautifully did instead of asking us to change our floorplan! I also appreciated how accommodating the team always was when I would ask questions or make requests as the work was in progress. Every detail we hoped for was fulfilled--it was a pleasure working with Bruce and Regency!
