We were looking at making some kitchen and powder room renovations, changing the countertops, back splash, over the range fan, vanity, sinks, and faucets. We engaged a number of companies for quotes, including the Reno Brothers. Once contacted, Garrett responded immediately, and he and Olivier arrived punctually for our first discussion. Throughout the initial talks they were very patient with our questions and answered each one thoroughly. They are very congenial and personable. They provided suggestions on how to maximize our renovation budget, and gave expert opinion on various options, including pros and cons of every product. They helped us to visualize the possibilities by providing samples, along with suggestions on how the various products work best together. Their quote was thorough and competitive, but what clinched the decision to go with them was that they were very earnest and actually cared about the customer. They gave very clear timelines for the project and stuck to them. Communication throughout was great; all our questions were answered right away. They were very tidy during the actual work and cleaned up at the end of each day. Further, they worked in such a way that we were still able to access whatever we needed in the kitchen, without issue. I further engaged them to install wiring for an additional stove. A different contractor had initially quoted us $8000 to do that part. Upon inspection, Garrett determined that the actual wiring was already in place and, as such, that work was not required. I was impressed with the integrity of these men. Overall, their workmanship was superior, producing results even better than we had hoped for. We would absolutely use them for any future renovations, and would not hesitate to recommend their service. You won’t be disappointed.

Garrett, Oliver and Robin have just completed an on-suite bathroom renovation (we live in Kelowna). We are very happy and impressed with their work and love our new bathroom. They were professional and friendly, left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. They guided us in our choices for materials, which are perfect. They absolutely went above and beyond doing little extras without even been asked. We will be hiring them again in the future for our 2nd bathroom renovation and highly recommend them to anyone planning a renovation. Great job, thanks guys

We live in Kelowna and have had the privilege of working with the Reno Brothers. We are extremely pleased with the new shower they did for us. They kept us informed on the status of materials ordered and timing of the work. Everyday everything was tidied up and put away. The quality and precision of their work was excellent! Garrett, Oliver and Robin are so pleasant, so professional and so well informed. We would highly recommend them!! We are sorry there are only 5 stars awarded as we would like to give them 10!!

I was in need of a counter replacement, new sink and taps and decided to use Promaster Countertops after reading the glowing reviews of this company. I must say I was not disappointed..Luc and his sons completed our installation on budget and with a quick response. They were very knowledgeable, kind and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again. I usually don’t write reviews but after the service they provided to me I want others to know what a great family owned company this is. We were treated with prompt service, felt like a family connection was immediately made. which made it easy to go with them especially on a big financial commitment. We definitely plan on hiring them again on our next home renovation project.

Attention to detail, no surprises after the original quote, cleaned up at the end of the day, told us what to expect the following day, phoned on route to give us their arrival time and their work was impeccable and completed on time! After our kitchen renovation, we have had the team back to renovate our ensuite and powder room. One more bathroom to go! If you are seeking perfection Promaster is the company to call. Their professionalism exceeded expectations. Luc explained what they were going to do and made sure we were comfortable with his suggestions. I love walking into my kitchen and seeing my beautiful counter tops. I would strongly recommend Promaster Countertops. Their work is outstanding. My kitchen and bathroom looks amazing. I love that they are a family business. Very professional and right on time. The showroom has lots of choices and a variety of colors.

I must say the work you did in my kitchen was over the top. Fixing what were poorly installed cabinets and leveling everything made an amazing difference. The fit of the countertops to the backsplash is perfect. Straightening the cabinet divider beside the dishwasher and filling in the gap around the stove looks fantastic. The countertops that had a 3/4" gap on each side to the stove are now about an 1/8" and perfectly level. The new flooring and baseboards look fantastic. Luke even went so far as to replace the bottom of the cabinet under the sink because some water damage to it. While not a complete kitchen renovation, it was pretty extensive. Countertops, sink, faucet, food waste disposer, flooring, baseboards, and dishwasher installation. You also replaced the range hood with one I purchased and didn't charge extra for this. You quoted a fee and everything was covered. The work was done very quick and efficiently. Combined with the new fridge, stove and microwave, the kitchen looks like new. As you said, you aren't the cheapest kitchen contractor out there. However, quality comes at some cost and you absolutely delivered on that. I will definitely recommend Promaster Countertops to people I know. Thanks again for an excellent job.

Who knew a renovation could be so painless and professionally well-coordinated? It was a pleasure working with Luc, Olivier, Garrett and yourself to accomplish my beautiful kitchen. Your incredible attention to detail and absolute craftsmanship show through in the awesome final results. The fact that you look after it all from electrical, plumbing, countertops, finishing, and take away all the debris, is so appreciated as there are many companies who do a portion, but not all the trades. That saved me a lot of headache trying to coordinate all the work and be without a kitchen for weeks on end. My renovation turned out even better than I imagined it could, in fact, I think I hear the angels sing every time I walk in to my dream kitchen! You guys are simply the best and I look forward to redoing my bathroom vanity later in the year with you. All the best and thanks again

They did our laminate counter tops on time and produced a good quality job. The installation also included redoing the the original plumbing and it was a nicely done and clean job and works great. The price was reasonable considering the quality of installation and I am glad I chose Promasters as all the employees I dealt with were knowledgable and friendly ( not too common these days!).
