So I had a to do a complete renovation of my downstairs & kitchen area that involved removing walls, raising ceilings, redoing floors & a bathroom in an old historic building that once was a mill. It was not an easy task, but Mary Ann took on the challenge and knocked it out the park. Mary Ann was easy to work with and involved me in the whole process and decision making. We had very few hiccups, which attest to the careful planning that was involved. I’m very happy with the results and give my complete & full endorsement to Restore Decor!!

Mary Ann helped us renovate our entire first floor. It was a huge project that involved moving a powder room and a laundry room, as well as creating an entirely new updated kitchen with a gorgeous island. She was a pleasure to work with and more importantly, she and all her contractors showed up when they said they would and completed the job on time! Mary Ann took all the stress out of ordering everything because she ordered it early in the process so all the materials were on site when the job began, not an easy accomplishment in today's market. Mary Ann at Restore Decor designed a completely new kitchen for my husband and I in North Raleigh. We are delighted with both the outcome and the total experience. A big thank you to Restore Decor and Mary Ann. Our kitchen wasn't working for us. We needed a better flow, better functionality and a stylish elegant space that lived up to the rest of our home. Our only solution was a total remodel, changing the layout, new cabinets, new hard surfaces and lighting and removing a load-bearing wall separating the kitchen from the family room. We needed to lose the dated orange toned oak flooring throughout the first floor for an updated darker wood finish. I met Mary Ann through Houzz. It seemed like a bit of a gamble, but Houzz had pre-screened the top professionals in my area and she came highly recommended. Mary Ann first met with us to understand what we were looking to achieve, our priorities and our personal style. She provided superb advice to guide our selections of products and finishes within our budget. After our initial meeting, she developed a comprehensive sketch of the project, along with preliminary estimates and timelines. I admit, I was skeptical that so much work could be done in only 6-7 weeks, but we kept an open mind. By our third meeting in 2 weeks, we agreed to the project plan, including major selections, singed our contract and the project officially began. Every step of the way, Mary Ann was on top of every detail, returned calls and emails promptly, and explained everything that was going to happen. She and I had several shopping trips to pick out stone, tile, cabinet pulls and flooring finishes. Mary Ann has an incredible designer's eye for harmony, function and detail. Michael works with Mary Ann to make everything happen. He installed the entire job, except the floors, which were done by hardwood specialists. Michael is a genius. We believe there is nothing he can't install or fabricate - he came to our home every day as planned, arriving promptly at 7:59 am and leaving at 5 pm with all debris cleared and tools stacked neatly. He is exacting, efficient and a great problem solver - a skill necessary when rebuilding in an existing space. On top of that, he's genuinely a great guy to have in your home for 7 weeks! Whenever we walk into our gorgeous new kitchen, we are joyful. We can't thank Mary Ann enough!

Our house was built in 1986 and we were ready for a master bath remodel. Although we thought the bath was large when we purchased back then, compared to new homes today it is small. Mary Ann helped us design a bath that opened up all available space and assisted us in selecting cabinet, flooring and wall tiles that provided a bath that appeared much larger than we thought was possible. Michael was very professional and was attentive to every small detail of the project. We have been very pleased with the results.

My husband and I sought out Restore Decor LLC when we made the decision to finish our attic. We had somewhat of an idea of what we wanted to do with the space, but we were at a loss at where to start. Mary Ann was amazing and we loved working with her. She got the ball rolling immediately, I was actually surprised at how quickly things moved along. She was amazing at being the mediator between the contractor and us, as well as any other professional that worked on site. Anything we were not happy with was fixed right away, although there weren’t many things to be unhappy about. She is extremely professional and experienced. We always felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend her and we will be using her again in the future.

When we found Restore Décor, we found a gem! Mary Ann led us through the remodeling process efficiently and quickly, helping us decide what to do when we had differences of opinion. She was professional and on top of things. We didn't have to do much at all! And once the remodeling began (new kitchen counters, microwave, dishwasher, sink; enlarging our small laundry room; and a complete makeover of our master bathroom), it was completed in 19 working days!! We couldn't be happier with Restore Décor!

Mary Ann was great to work with. She has a keen eye for detail and making sure everything coordinates together. She helped us with our kitchen and it transformed from mess to masterpiece!!! Her advice, guidance and suggestions were great and without her I couldnt have made the choices I did. We LOVE our new kitchen. Highly recommend Mary Ann and cant wait to get her back for bathrooms.

I hired this company to convert my attic into a bedroom. They did such a good job, that I am getting them to convert my screened in porch into a sunroom. This company is very professional and dependable. I am so happy I found them
