Revelare Kitchens

Total disaster. It's been well over a year now and my kitchen is still not finished. Started out installer came and said all 21 doors had to be made over because there wasn't enough adjustment in hinge. I suggested maybe they could find a different hinge that would work which they did. Also 5 drawers were made wrong. This is after waiting 10 months. No communication. Sent emails and made phone calls but got nowhere trying to get info on when kitchen would be done. Installers came 5 times and everytime they came they would find problems. Now 9 hinges have so much play the doors don't close properly. 5 drawers were rebuilt 3 times. Last installer came what we thought would be the final install and one door which was redone 3x is 1/4 inch to wide. Was supposed to send 9 new hinges but installer said they didn't send whole hinge just mtg plates. Now I'm waiting for 2 doors that had to be remade for 3rd time and 9 hinges to finish this job after 14 months. Sent email 3 days ago and again no answer.

We had our kitchen cabinets refaced and new cabinets installed in a newly remodeled part of our kitchen. Their installer Kevin in upstate NY was a pure craftsman and professional. We couldn’t have been more happy with his quality.
