Reynolds Design and Remodeling

What a great experience from start to finish. Pam was great to work with. She got us great options on the design. Once the design was picked, we got our schedule and it was followed almost to the exact day. I would higly recommend. Whenever our next remodel project comes along, we will most definitely be using Pam and Reynolds Design again.

We had our kitchen updated; new lighting, backsplash, countertops, sink, hardware for older cupboards & a new configuration of one wall w new cupboards & shelves. It’s beautiful! Pam & Shelby listened to our wants & needs & added their own creative suggestions; paying attention to detail from the beginning of the process until the final touches. The competent subcontractors followed the schedule & the work was done with only a 3 day delay due to a late delivery. Shelby or Pam stopped by each day to monitor the progress & to take care of any of our concerns/questions. We highly recommend Reynolds Design for timely, quality results.

Excellent planning and execution despite unavoidable delays. Took full ownership of project and responsibilities so I never had to chase a contractor. Design respected the age and character of my old home but offered updates that I just love. Kitchen gets raves from visitors. "CUTE!"

Provided several options for remodeling our bathroom. Great selection of products, very helpful in putting everything together. Provided a work timeline so we knew stages in process from beginning to end.

This is the second significant project that involved Reynolds Design and Remodeling. The first was expanding our kitchen and installation of cupboards, cabinets, island, wood flooring, lighting and painting. The second project was remodeling 2 bathrooms. This project included removal of large whirlpool tub and replaced with air tub, expanding shower size, new exhaust fan, new tiles, new countertops, new sinks, new mirrors and painting, which was completed in November of 2021. Pam was a tremendous help in designing the layouts, selecting the materials, selecting colors, etc. for both projects. Their project schedule details are second to none and THEY ARE FOLLOWED. Both projects were ON TIME AND ON BUDGET. Every one of their people did a FANTASTIC job and were a pleasure to work with. Pam was always involved to make sure we were satisfied with each phase of the project and was a pleasure to work with. These comments apply to BOTH projects. If I ever have another project that involves design and/or remodeling, I would ONLY use Reynolds. I would also highly recommend them for your projects.

My husband and I have worked with Reynolds on two major projects. One was a kitchen remodel and the other was our primary bath which we completely gutted. We live on the 10th floor of a downtown condo, so home improvement projects can be a challenge. Parking, elevators, finding space to work, hauling equipment, etc can all be difficult. Working with Pam was a pleasure. She has a calm personality and she never got agitated or upset if there was a complication. We found the painter, electrician, plumber and carpenter to be professional and competent. They all came on time and left the area clean. Their work was done well and in a timely manner. We are extremely pleased with both projects. I highly recommend Reynolds and would use them again.

I wanted a full bath on the first floor of my 100 year old home. The goal was to make it accessible for aging in place, but still stylish. Kristin created 3 floor plans to choose from, using every inch of space. Once that was decided, she made a detailed project timeline. Throughout selection of materials we worked easily together. Kristin's knowledge added many features I wouldn't have thought about. Although she offered suggestions, she never pushed me. As a result the finished product feels like "my space." Her attention to detail and communication was steady throughout and kept everything moving on schedule. The subcontractors she selected were very professional and pleasant.

This was my first experience in hiring a design firm to oversee a major remodeling project--my kitchen. And I just couldn't be more pleased with the result. My kitchen is just beautiful. My design consultant, Kristin, made up a schedule for the 5-week period of construction explaining what was going on in the project each day. If there was a slight change, she would call or email me to let me know about it. My project was completed 1 day early. All the sub-contractors were wonderful to work with and were very professional as well. I very much appreciated Kristin's creative ideas for the kitchen space, ideas that I hadn't thought about at all. Her attention to detail was wonderful too. When I called or emailed her about a concern, she responded immediately. Again, I will say that I just LOVE my new kitchen with all of the extra storage and it's bright and cheery looking. Every night before I go to bed, I have to spend time admiring it!! I will go back to them again for my next project in a few years--my Master Bathroom.

We are extremely pleased with our kitchen remodel. Starting out we were not sure how to approach a project this size. At Reynolds Design we met Kristin. What an exceptional individual. She put us at ease by listening to our needs, answering all our questions, and coming up with a kitchen design that was just right for us. The contractors, used by Reynolds, were top-notch professionals. Kristin kept in touch with us through out the project so that we were always aware of what was happening. We were given a schedule with a start and end date, that was followed. Kristen inspected the work as the kitchen progressed and her attention to detail made for quality work. For any remodeling projects, we highly recommend Reynolds Design.

We are so pleased with our kitchen remodel thanks to Kristen at Reynolds Design and Remodeling. From our first meeting with Kristen, she was easy to work with, listened to our concerns, and came up with great ideas and a plan that worked perfectly for us. She was very attentive to detail, available at all times (even when she was out of town), and always inspected the work as it progressed. Each of the contractors working on our house was friendly, very professional, did excellent work, and were diligent in cleaning their work area each day. The work was right on schedule other than a bit of delay on some back-ordered accent tiles. Thank you, Kristen and the Reynolds team. We love our kitchen and highly recommend your work.

Kristin Donnelly was exceptional! Her expertise was awesome-we love our new kitchen. It is beautiful, thanks to her and the contractors through Reynold's Design. It was a worry-free project-the carpenters, wood floor refinisher, painter, flooring professionals, tile professionals, and other construction staff they hire are experts, and did a great job! We had a start date and ending date of the project, and it was completed in a timely manner, just as promised. I would highly recommend Reynold's Design. Everyone was very friendly-Kristin kept in touch with us on regular basis as our kitchen was being remodeled-it truly was a wonderful experience. We definitely would recommend them - you will be very happy with their work-everything turned out perfect!

Kristin did an awesome job, keeping in close contact with us regarding costs and timelines....both of which stayed very close to what was proposed initially. The contractors were very discreet our home and took care to clean up after themselves each day. I work from home and, knowing I had client meetings throughout the day, they always let me know if there would be periods of loud noise. The work is very high quality and we love our bathroom
