“We hired Scott to replace the cabinets in our kitchen. We wanted to use the same footprint but make some changes in the wall cabinets and storage space. Scott came in and was very courteous and respectful. When we gave him our ideas, he never said "can't". If he thought of a way to achieve the goal differently, he told us his thoughts. He came in with the contractor, whom we also met with prior to agreeing to the project to make sure he understood our desires. The "little things" that Scott and Tom did completed the experience: showing up on time, returning phone calls, keeping the project on schedule, etc. Tom cleaned up all the dust and dirt that was created each day and left the workspace as neat and organized as a kitchen remodel could be. As a side note, if you have pets, they are animal lovers so you can feel comfortable knowing that. I locked my cats up each day and Tom would let them out if he left before we got home.
