Roseville Kitchen and Bath

Although this isn’t our first home, this was our first remodeling rodeo. After working with a great kitchen designer, we obtained multiple bids from both the designer’s vendors, plus our own research. It pays to get a variety of bids, as ours fell across an astonishing spectrum of prices. Tony Elliott at Roseville Construction ended up being the deciding factor in what was a truly competitive process because of his can-do attitude, his willingness to explain the details of the bid and his “bed-side manner.” As contracted, the crew showed up the Monday after Thanksgiving 2014 to begin demolition of the kitchen and family room, completing that phase in mere days. It can be unnerving to see the inside of your house reduced to just the frame, but the speed and accuracy in which Tony’s crew rebuilt the ‘bones’ of the kitchen allowed us to see it take shape very quickly. The rest of the kitchen went up in very fast order, and the drywall was up just after New Years day. Despite a few delays from outside vendors, we were still able to have a functional kitchen by mid-February. All told, the actual time spent on construction was only about 6 weeks! Even when the inevitable problems occurred such as issues with the cabinet vendor or delays in appliance delivery, rather than shrug his shoulders and say “not my problem,” Tony took control and said, “What can we do to help?” Those six words are the difference between an average contractor, and an outstanding one. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roseville Construction for any kitchen or bath remodel – in fact, they’re coming back in 2016 to remodel a bathroom as well.

Tony and his guys were amazing! I couldn't be happier with the remodel of 2 of my bathrooms. They completely gutted both bathrooms and re did everything! They were always on time too (rare with construction guys)!

We originally hired Roseville Construction to do a bathroom remodel in 2012 since their bid was the lowest of 4 that we received. Tony was friendly, always on time for appointments, and he and his crew did an outstanding job and finished the work on schedule. In 2013 we needed to have remodeling done on our house as well as extensive exterior repair on both our house and adjoining rental unit, since I was in the process of a VA refinance. We called Tony and knew that he could be depended upon to do an outstanding job and finish the work on schedule. When the work was nearing completion our VA appraiser presented me with a list of additional repairs that would be needed, and our "lock in" rate period was close to expiring. In less than 2 days Tony managed to schedule additional workers to make the repairs on time. Once again, his work was outstanding. The only additional comment I'd like to make is that Tony deserves more than just 5 stars.

Very fast and professional work, we hired Roseville Construction for a frame less shower door in our guest bathroom. They beat our expectations at a very reasonable price, and the job is perfect. Thanks Tony!
