We could not be more pleased with the job that Terry and his crew at Royal Renovations completed at our home this summer. They relocated our kitchen, removed a wall to create a larger living area and added a laundry room. Terry was very responsive to questions and very helpful when we needed to make decisions and did not know what to do. He was always on time to meetings and kept in touch via text and email. We have other projects planned for our home and Royal Renovations will be the one call we make.

I hired Royal Renovations/Terry Brandt for a home remodel project that needed to be complete in 30 days from start to finish. Terry expertly navigated and coordinated all of the subs and was at the job site every day overseeing the progress of the work. Terry works with and employs the best sub contractors and I never had to worry whether the job would be completed to my satisfaction. Terry has a keen eye for detail and made excellent recommendations for renovations for which I would have never imagined possible. Terry transformed an ordinary house to a beautiful new home. Terry Brandt, the owner of Royal Renovations did a complete interior remodel including kitchen & baths, and windows over a period of about 4 months, which he completed on time and on budget. He has an impeccable work ethic, shows up on time and cleans up after himself! He uses the same set of subs, and they are also respectful and reliable. He's a skilled craftsman and did some special touches for me like installing glass shelves in the bar and making custom door panels for refrigerator and ice maker. He also replaced cabinet doors in kitchen when my budget determined I could not replace entire cabinets. Most genius idea he came up with was installing a skylight over island in long galley kitchen. I love looking up to see my own patch of sky, although with the Texas sun, I may need to get a moveable cover installed.

We have used Royal Renovations on two different occasions. They most recently completed an outdoor living addition complete with a roof that joined the existing house. Previously, they did a renovation of a master bath. We are planning a kitchen remodel next year and will definitely contact Royal Renovations.

We have used Royal Renovations on 4 different properties and a multitude of projects and we have always been very pleased with the results. They do outstanding work at a fair price and are always willing to address any concerns that arise during a project. Most surprising in a contractor, they communicate well and do their best to stick to the time frame agreed upon. We will use Royal Renovations on future projects.

If you want it done right the first time call Terry with Royal Renovations. This contractor can handle anything you throw at him. Terry gutted and remodeled our living room, dining room, and kitchen (old Ranch-style house in Lakewood) and turned it into a place my wife and I were excited to come home to. I've referred Royal Renovations to several friends and all were thrilled with the results.

When we bought our home, we received a recommendation for Royal Renovations from the prior owner. The company had recently done a kitchen remodel. Royal Renovations has completed several projects to upgrade our home over the last 4 years, ranging from changing kitchen countertops to master bedroom and bath remodels to backyard renovation. In every event, they have been on-time and on-budget, with an extraordinary result. Terry has a great vision based on years of experience and has guided us ably to get the outcome we wanted but did not clearly envision going in. His crew is courteous and easy to have in our home. We highly recommend Royal Renovations.

I have worked with Terry Brandt and Royal Renovations since December 2006. He completely oversaw the renovation of my previous home. We gutted and renovated the downstairs interior, the master bathroom, and converted the attic above the garage into a guest bedroom/bathroom. After completing the interior, he refaced the entire exterior, added a front porch, and installed french drains. Terry did it all and the work was beautiful. He and his staff are reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. His estimates are reasonable, he always stays within the budget, and the work is finished when he says it will be. When we moved into a much newer home five years ago, my jobs for him got smaller, but the quality of his work remains the same. This summer, he has installed an attic ventilation system and repaired my dryer vent system. Terry is the only person I call for improvements and repairs, and if he cannot do it, his referrals are just as outstanding.

Terry and his staff were extremely professional from start to finish. The patio and outdoor kitchen far exceed our expectations. His level of detail was outstanding and the work site was kept clean and tidy throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend Royal Renovations.
