I used the services of RZ Remodeling for my ADU construction project and I have loved the association with this professional and reliable team. The project took about a year and these chaps thoroughly briefed me on the regulations that were necessary to follow for the construction. I told them some specifics that were necessary for the interiors and they showed me what the space would look like on 3D. After I gave the nod, they obtained the permits without bothering me at all and only then started the construction work. It was wonderful for me to sit back and watch my dream ADU take shape. During work their friendly but professional team made sure to clear construction debris away from my property. I am happy with their work and will surely be referring this company to everyone I know.

I am careful to appoint residential remodeling service providers and so did plenty of checks before appointing the team of RZ Remodeling for my kitchen improvement work. Right from the moment, when we were discussing the project, I somehow loved the confidence of their representative showed and that made me feel the project was in experienced hands. I had a rather complicated project and it was about transforming the kitchen to an open layout. The idea was to merge the cooking area with the adjacent room. My project needed permits and they obtained them on my behalf. The project execution was done flawlessly after sealing the area from the rest of the home. This allowed me to reside with my family, as they were working. I loved their professional approach and will be using their services more in the future.

RZR Remodeling just completed a major kitchen remodel for us, thanks to Tai and his team. Removed the linoleum floor and replaced it with natural stone. Refaced all the cabinets, knocked out a section of wall and cabinets between the kitchen and living room and replaced it with a pony wall and a new overhead beam. Removed the original countertop and prepped it for the new quartz countertop. Removed the dishwasher and replaced it with custom cabinets. Moved electrical switches around to accommodate the wall removal and installed an overhead exhaust fan. We are totally pleased with all of the work. Conscientious, easy to deal with, made a lasting friend of our dog and did their best to keep the kitchen operational for us during the remodel. Bottom line their workmanship is excellent. Tai and the team consistently showed up on time and clearly were focused only on us. The job was finished on schedule, but only due to them working extra just to stay on time. Their schedule is pretty full but definitely worth working with them. We would not hesitate to use them again. Very pleased and happy to have worked with RZR Remodeling.

RZR Remodeling renovated a string of spaces on our first floor (family dining room, kitchen & pantry). Overall, our experience with them was excellent. Michael and the remodeling crew were extremely professional and patient with us throughout the process, even when we needed to pause during the planning process. They worked with us to ensure that we could get as much of our vision into the space and budget we had to work with. We may not have been the biggest project on their schedule, but they never made us feel small. The new space is lovely and suits our lifestyle so well, the project was managed meticulously; we always knew where we stood in terms of budget and schedule, and everyone we encountered along the way was friendly, helpful and respectful - which means so much when you have people working in your home. We have future plans to remodel more of our home and without hesitation plan to use RZR Remodeling again. Their use of technology really helped keep us connected with the project. From design, to materials selection and approvals, scheduling, budgets and any changes we needed to make, there was a high sense of transparency. It's what helped keep us on-time and on-budget. Beyond the technology -- and more importantly -- the whole RZR Remodeling team made themselves available to us. From start to finish our experience with RZR Remodeling was exceptional. We worked closely with Tai team throughout the design phase and felt immediately reassured by his vast experience, attention to detail, forward thinking and, as we progressed, his reliability in meeting deadlines. As a result we decided to have RZR Remodeling, not only design our kitchen, a major feature of our newly built family home (in the midst of construction). He seamlessly handed over to the installation team, who co-ordinated their work in conjunction with our builder and tradespeople in a timely and professional manner. The end result was better than we ever envisaged, certainly a highlight of our new home. We feel lucky to have worked with Progressive Builders on our once in a lifetime project to build our own, it was a pleasure to work with such a friendly, well organised team of experts.

His team was very customer focused and helped me from everything from picking out materials which I selected in their showroom to working with the building to taking care of everything else in my apartment while the demo was going on. I was kept in the loop during each phase of the project and was provided with updates on a consistent basis. They were able to work around my crazy hours.
