The level of finish work was outstanding, which is unsurprising given his professional background. Having previously worked as a tile setter and granite fabricator, his granite fabrication and tile work were impeccable—precise, clean, and flawless. The custom cabinetry was equally impressive, demonstrating beautiful, precise craftsmanship that elevated the entire design. Even after the project was complete, his professionalism continued. He promptly addressed the few punch list items we identified, resolving them quickly and consistently with the timelines of his next project.”

“Excellent from start to finish! We had a great experience with Monanich Design Firm. Freddy and the team remodeled our kitchen and bathroom, tearing out our old, unloved versions and transforming them, two short months later, into something that makes us happy every time we enter each room. Our previous kitchen was old fashioned and poorly laid out. In its place, we have a modern, spacious room that is efficiently laid out and a joy to spend time in. We're delighted with the quartz countertops and beautiful, custom-made, wooden cabinets. In the bathroom, Monanich maximized a relatively small place, replacing the traditional door with a sliding barn door, opening the room out, and expanding our shower area. We love our new cabinets. As for the job itself, we were really impressed with the quality of the work and the timely way it was carried out. The firm only takes on one job at a time, which meant there were no delays. Amber masterminded the design side; she was so helpful in guiding our ideas and helping us choose everything from tiles to faucets to towel rails. Sergio is a real craftsman who did a wonderful job building and installing our cabinets. And Pasha was our go-to guy for the day-to-day construction. Having construction work done in your house can be a stressful experience, particularly when two such important rooms as your kitchen and bathroom are out of action for an extended period. “We needed to repair the shower/tub part of our master bathroom. From the beginning to the end of the project, Arthur and his crew were exceptional. Arthur took time with me to pick out the new tile (he has a good eye) and worked with us as we changed somethings during the process, even to the point of best spot for the soaker tub. He is patient, responsive, communicates well throughout the process. The craftsmanship and work ethic is excellent. Nothing was rushed, the craftsmen all take immense pride in their work. Craftsmen were on time, polite, courteous and cleaned up at day’s end. The project kept within the budget, and the project timeline was realistic. As with any project, there are unexpected issues, but the only one we had was that we had to wait longer for the custom shower doors but that was out of our & Arthur’s control. We love the new shower/tub and I highly recommend Arthur!”
