Worst contractor ever. They will give you tons of change orders and don't trust these dishonest people. We end up hiring other guys to finish up their mess.

I had a great experience working with Santech Construction. Our house had undergone extensive mold remediation prior to Nati and Simon coming to estimate the job of reconstructing the interior. Nati suggested several changes to the existing design that I'm so glad we took him up on. Their price was in line with other estimates we had received. We hired Santech because we had a gut feeling that we would have a great working relationship with them. As it turned out, the project experienced many delays which were not the fault of Santech and both Simon and Nati did everything they could to keep our project on their schedule in spite of the other projects they had going on. Communication was excellent. I was never more than a phone call, text, or email away from answers needed. This is key in doing an extensive renovation project. I am happy to recommend Santech Construction.

Santech Construction was hired to perform a full renovation on my property in Society Hill, Philadelphia. The process took approximately 9 months and includes new kitchen, bathrooms, floors, reconfiguration of living space, replacing a staircase, insulation , etc. This was my first time undergoing a major home renovation and I had an excellent experience with Nati and his brother , Simon. They understood my vision and helped me to create the house I envisioned. Their team was on time every day and they kept me well informed of their daily progress, they were very respectful of my neighbours, job site was cleaned up every day. The unexpected issues were dealt in a prompt and professional manner. I would not hesitate to work with them again!

Santech removed a brick patio and replaced it with stamped concrete. The job was very difficult as it was a house in the city and concrete had to be pumped in over two backyards from the street. They did an excellent job and were very clean in a difficult situation.

Santech handled a complete master bathroom remodel for us. They took the existing bathroom down to the studs and completely rebuilt it. They did a fantastic job. They were very professional from the outset with a professional and easy to read contract that clearly spelled out the work scope and costs. They arrived on time each day they said they would be there and worked hard all day long. They communicated very well and handled the change orders well. Their workmanship was outstanding, with great attention to detail. Nati, Simon and Bar, the three brothers in the company, were easy to work with and consulted with us on every detail of the job to ensure we were all on the same page. While they aren't the cheapest guys in town (nor the most expensive) you get what you pay for and we got a lot. Overall we couldn't be happier with the job and we will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Santech recently remodeled my bathroom and kitchen, added closets and put in new floors. I originally just wanted the bathroom updated but the excellent service and beautiful work encouraged me to add one project after the other. As important as the excellent work is the attitude of the owners of the company: respectful, professional, and approachable. I have a small house, 4 rooms, 750 sq feet, and their creative designs maximized my space beautifully. Santech construction was hired to undertake a major renovation of our property in Society Hill , Philadelphia . The scope of work involved a complete demolition of the interior of the house and a full renovation of kitchen, bathrooms, new electrical , new plumbing , flooring, doors, staircase among others . Santech has exceeded our expectations . They were responsible, on time, profession and very respectful of our neighbors.
