They listened carefully to our needs and preferences and provided expert guidance throughout the design process. Everyone on his team is professional, reliable, courteous and trust worthy. Steve kept us informed every step of the way and promptly addressed our questions or concerns. He is an excellent communicator, something that we struggled to find with other contracting companies. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished space are truly impressive. Beautiful results on multiple construction/remodeling projects in our home by Seaview!! I highly recommend working with Seaview. They took on numerous construction and remodeling projects in our home including the basement laundry room, full bathroom, building/creating a large custom closet under the stairs, and transforming two separate side by side bedroom closets into one huge custom closet complete with build-ins, new lighting and new wood flooring to match existing hardwood. They made all of my ideas come to life. The craftsmanship, talent and professionalism of the team is remarkable, and are notably quick and efficient. I am truly ecstatic with the completed work. I highly recommend. We will be working with Seaview again in the imminent future on several projects, including a baby nursery, new windows, custom closet, lighting, crown and base molding installation and more!

First and foremost, this company does what they say they're going to do, which is a huge plus when dealing with any contractor. They did external work, rebuilding a cabana, as well as inside work remodeling our master bedroom. The owner, Steve, stays involved from start to finish and his workers are professional and excellent craftsmen. They work clean and are very respectful of your home. Pricing is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Steve and his crew are the best! He came so quickly to give a quote for our kitchen backsplash, fair price. His tile guy Terry was clean, careful and meticulous. We had a pipe burst in the night that threatened to throw the timeline of the project off, Steve came and saved the day, no questions asked. Barb Wyckoff for JCP In Home Decorating

First let me say I was a very picky client as I myself was an in-home decorator for 15 years-so my standards are going to be higher than most people. Steve Marsala is the head contractor. He is personable, listens to requests and is totally responsive to his clients. He was available and answered things promptly. If something was off or wrong- he checked into the issues and sought to rectify them promptly. There were some issues with his team ,but realistically most renovating work will have some issues- it is how the contractor responds that is the most important of of all-and for that I have to honestly give Steve an A. I had checked many many contractors out prior to hiring Seaview. I would honestly have no issues in hiring him . Keep your vision intact, be frank and honest with your expectations and Steve will do his best to stand by you ,his reputation, and the value and pride in his work. In retrospect, the finished bathroom looks wonderful-clean-bright and new! I love it!!
