We hired Grant to do our main floor renovation and within a month it became a disaster. Hi lied about everything!! We realized he didn’t pull the required permits. He didn't insulate our new windows properly and when questioned about it, he said he took a window course recently and windows don’t need to insulated anymore! He didn’t level the floor, or even mention the subfloor was an issue, before laying new flooring down. The cabinetry was awful. Nothing was square and the wrong type of screws were used throughout. The painter splattered paint everywhere, all over all our brand new things and did a terrible job painting the house. Mud was left unsanded and unpainted, there were bubbles all over the walls, dings, chips, and drips. We wouldn’t recommend Grant to anyone. Poor workmanship and shady!!! We had to hire another company to come in and fix everything. If you look at most of his reviews that are 5 starts they are from a few years ago.
