I would highly recommend Eric Sieber as a general contractor. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was comfortable with his sub contractors and he even helped with the design. He was very involved and I have already hired him to do more work on my house. You can't go wrong with Eric!

Sieber & Sons, LLC did a "down-to-the-studs" renovation in our kitchen and two bathrooms. They also refinished all hardwood floors and painted the entire interior and exterior of our home. There were additional components to the project, but above mentioned were the major ones. Eric gave us a project duration of 3 months, and that was pretty much what it was, to the day. He was excellent about keeping us updated on the work schedule, as well as keeping the project within budget. His subcontractors were highly skilled, neat, and respectful of our home. We came across a few hiccups during the project, but he and his subs were able to work out a cost-effective solution and keep the project moving along. Eric will stay in touch with you and return calls promptly. We were always dealt with in an extremely professional manner. We think that the quality of their work is top notch, as do many of our friends who have come by to see the final results. We would highly recommend Sieber & Sons for your home renovation needs.

My two new bathrooms and wood flooring throughout my house are beautiful. Completely makes the house look new again. Showers are huge now, with beautiful tile on floor and walls. Big glass doors make the rooms look bigger.

After talking to a number of contractors I met with Eric, the owner of Sieber & Sons. Eric showed up on time, ready to talk about my project. He "listened", took notes and gave me ideas, some of which we incorporated into our kitchen remodel. Just as importantly he was very open to ideas we had and clearly understood that we would be the ones to live with the outcome of this project. Eric coordinated all of his teams and was always asking for our feedback on all aspects of the work. Anytime we had a concern he made it clear that it mattered and he addressed the question immediately. The best part was how open Eric was to us being involved in many of the key purchase decisions like appliances, granite and lighting. Being a veteran didn't hurt Eric either, it was apparent he knew what quality hard work meant and we've come to think of him as a friend with a great company that has made our new Kitchen a showplace. Not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive either, Sieber & Sons has done a great job.
