Tony and the entire team at Signature Contracting are amazing, I would give them six stars if I could. I interviewed so many contractors for our kitchen remodel and was disappointed more often than not. But from our first meeting with Tony we knew he was the right contractor for us. He was engaging, knowledgeable, and gave us ideas we hadn't even considered. The contracting process was clear, budgets and timelines were held, and any issues we had along the way were clearly communicated and resolved quickly. The team at Signature we so professional, they kept the house clean throughout the process, worked hard and fast, and they were very courteous. If you want to feel like you have a partner in your remodel, talk to Tony, I know we'll be going back to him for future projects.

From start to finish, our experience with Signature Contracting of NY was an A+. Unlike other contractors who never returned my calls, Tony responded in a timely and very professional manner to my online inquiry and when we met, the rapport was instant. My husband and I knew our search was over. On Day #1, also known as “demolition day”, Tony and his team showed us a work ethic with a focus on cleanliness that assured us we were literally in good hands. Over a period of several weeks, they masterfully handled a complete gut renovation of a 1929 master bathroom and tackled every problem along the way from plumbing to electrical to insulation and heating. But the true prize? Tile craftsmanship in a league of its own. Anyone who sees our new spa-like bathroom is left speechless and when they find their voice, all they can say is “WOW!” With a keen eye for detail and real talent for design, Tony gave us suggestions along the way that turned the room into a masterpiece! (Here’s an important tip worth sharing - a high quality and conscientious contractor will never be able to start your job immediately and once you sign a contract, rest assured that Tony and his team are well worth the wait).

They were Always on time Courteous, professional , knowledgeable Respectful of my home, and protected from dust, etc Tony was there every day to supervise and discuss daily plan Fantastic communication, easy to contact and quick response Attention to details Fair pricing There were delays in obtaining materials that I ordered and Tony kept in constant contact with me as to their arrival so he could resume and finish project. I appreciated that a lot. Any delays in getting this done were mine. He found time to fit in a few small additional projects I needed to get done as well. It was a very pleasant experience and and the outcome was beautiful. I was very confident and pleased with Tony all around and I have plans to use him again in the near future.

If you are looking for a GC, please read this. Tony and his crew are, craftsman, courteous, neat, mind boggling neat! They are on the job every single day not just early on like most GC’s. They are constantly working till the job is done. It was actually a pleasure to give them final payment as they hit every item on the punch list! That sounds different right? Hire these guys and you will not be disappointed. Their attention to detail and ongoing advice and guidance is mind boggling!!!!

Tony Palanza and his team did a fabulous job replacing the tile backsplash in my kitchen. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and would not hesitate to engage them again or recommend them to others. From start to finish, the project was painless. Tony responded quickly and professionally to my request for an estimate. It sounds like a basic thing but I have found this to be a rarity when engaging contractors. He explained the process, provides a clear written estimate, and was easy to work with in terms of scheduling, despite how busy his team is and my comparatively small job. I could not be more pleased.

I appreciated the detailed and professional estimate I received directly after the meeting. Signature worked on my house to include redoing 3 bathrooms, kitchen update, fireplace and flooring. I’ve since asked for them to come back to work on the outside of the house. Tony is fair, honest and reliable.

Tony remodeled two 1950's bathrooms and handled all aspects from start to finish in the most professional manner. He was on schedule, on time and true to his word. His construction and project management skills are exceptional. Tony was diligent and meticulous. He was always made time to make sure we were satisfied with the remodel. We are so happy with the remodel, our bathrooms feel like a spa.

It was a pleasure to work with Tony of Signature Contracting. He exhibited the highest degree of professionalism, offering sound advice on both the technical and aesthetic aspects of re-tiling our kitchen floor. Tony was nothing short of amazing. He renovated my master bathroom from top to bottom as well as replaced old tiles in my hallway, powder room and laundry room. Both jobs would have been incredibly challenging for any contractor but he wasn’t deterred by the difficulty. The entire process was seamless, the price was very fair and his timing was on point! Tony is trustworthy (I left for Christmas vacation and returned two weeks later to a perfect bathroom) and has a great eye for design to boot! I was impressed at how many times he unnecessarily went above and beyond! I wouldn’t dare hire anyone else to renovate any part of my home at this point!

Tony and his crew were a great find - not only was his workmanship outstanding - but he was so accommodating in every way! I was recovering from knee surgery and he could not have been more responsive - working around my need to get in and out of the house and leaving me a pathway... while he laid new foundation and marble tiles for the entry way- He went out of his way to rebuy and install models that could not be saved - he was GREAT!
