Steve worked with us on several projects in our home spanning from 2012-2022 while we lived in Guelph, Ontario. Steve (and his team) are absolutely the best. Easy to work with, excellent workmanship/quality, was often well below competitor contractor prices quoted on the same project, absolutely professional and 100% trustworthy. Which my husband and I value over everything else pretty much in today's day and age. If you are lucky enough to work with Steve, do not squander the opportunity! You (and your project/s) will be better for it!!! Steve, if you see this, in a few years, I hope you can come out to Vancouver so if we buy a place, you can do some projects we'll surely have here!!! Multiple projects - Nov 2012 tiny ensuite bathroom reno, 2014/2015 flooring and beam removal living room, 2017 (yr?) flooring/tiling entryway and 1/2 bath reno, replaced some doors for us, 2021 main bath reno, plus probably some other things I have forgotten. Steve did my main bathroom renovation and I'm very happy with the results. He is very professional, patient and calm. He listened to our needs and answered my questions very thoroughly. He found extra space hidden behind the wall and made it a shelving unit and it turned out great! His quote is very clear and reasonable and his workmanship is outstanding.

SL Renovations gave us a whole new master bathroom. We went from a 1970s bathroom with blue fixtures, two person tub on a platform and one sink vanity to a modern and sleek bathroom that is classed as a luxury ensuite. The reconfiguration of the room allowed for a walk-in shower, built-in soaker tub and two sink vanity. Steve was very supportive, helping me to choose materials by putting me in touch with experts and providing the right guidelines. We've had nothing but compliments from friends and family and it has become a selling feature of the home.
