Marcos and SLO Carpentry are the BEST! I feel so fortunate to have connected with him based on a Houzz referral. We moved to San Luis Obispo where we had purchased a home that needed a whole-house remodel. Marcos helped with design plans and recommended suppliers for materials, which was very helpful being new to town. Most importantly, Marcos is a great communicator and managed the seven week project so that it finished ON TIME and on budget. I wish I could have given him 10 stars!

I highly recommend SLO Carpentry for your bathroom renovations!!! They were on time( (which is a big deal for me) they stayed on task, there were no other jobs they had to attend to. You are their top priority!! The clean-up after everyday was exceptional considering the circumstances. The time frame was spot on. I had 2 bathroom renovations done in 10 days. Plus they are available the following week to make sure things are up to par. And most importantly, the final product was beautiful!!! Would I use SLO carpentry again? In a heartbeat!

Marcos was super easy to work with, within budget, and on schedule. I’ve worked with dozens of contractors and this is the first time I can say that. We remodeled 2.5 bathrooms in our old condo, so we certainly had a couple surprises, but Marcos was quick to offer solutions and executed. We’re already discussing a kitchen remodel and he’ll be the first we call for all our renovation needs. SLO Carpentry comes with our highest recommendation.

Marcos Cisneros is a highly skilled craftsman and an extremely reliable general contractor. Marcos & his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the full remodel of our kitchen (2021) and master bath (2022) which were finished timely, cost-effectively, and to perfection. Due to his many years of experience, Marcos was able to make smart suggestions during the project that we appreciated, including cost-saving recommendations. We were fortunate to enjoy a completely positive experience working with Marcos and we highly recommend him.

Marcos and his team were great to work with as I asked for a full remodel (floor to ceiling) for THREE bathrooms at one time. I had my ideas at about 80%, but Marcos was able to help guide me and provide additional examples and ideas to finalize the concepts. The entire project from demo, prep, and install only took 4 weeks! New flooring, drywall, vanities, tub/shower, pocket shower, toilets, fans, lighting, and paint for a Master Bath (2 sinks), full bath, and a half bath. He takes pride in the details & finishes and went above and beyond with some problem solving challenges based on the layouts. I am so happy with the updates from old dated mid-1980's to now modern/classic!

SLO Carpentry, Marcos and Jason, remodeled my small bathroom in February 2022. I was more than satisfied with their work. Marcos started when he said he would, showed up when he said he would, and finished when he said he would! He communicated with me daily on when he would arrive and what they would be working on. They were very clean and tidy, always taking care to make sure the area surrounding the construction was kept free from construction dust and cleaned up every evening when they were done. I felt his prices were reasonable for the work he performed. I would highly recommend Marcos and SLO Carpentry.
