Recently had a bad leak on my property from the 4th floor to the 1st floor, Reached out to Smart Coats for immediate help in which Tony Ngo was able to provide for ASAP. not only only was he professional and punctual he was an overall pleasant experience.would recommend 10 times out of 10.

SmartCoats did a great job on a wallpaper job for us at the Colonial Inn in Concord, MA. They were fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. It was a pleasure to work with them.

I had Smart Coats build a garage for me this year. I was very pleased with every aspect of the job right from the planning stage on. I met with Ken a project manager from Smart Coats. Ken took care of everything that we needed. He hired an architect for us to design the garage and write spec sheets for all of the materials that we needed to complete the job and have the permits pulled from the town. Next was an excavation crew to dig up the yard for the footings and the foundation. A separate crew came in for the forms and the concrete work. After some time for the concrete to cure Smart Coats had all of the materials delivered to the site. Next the carpenters came to work. Watching the carpenters work was very impressive they were very efficient and worked together as a team and cleaned up every day once they were done for the day. Smart Coats took care of all the stages of the job from foundation to roofing and siding. which is exactly what I was looking for in a contractor. Ken was very communicative on every step of the project and kept a schedule with us so we were aware of what was taken place on every step of the project. I would highly recommend Smart Coats for anyone looking for a contractor as I will use them again on any upcoming projects.

I have been a contractor for close to 40 years. I focus on ski resort, all suite hotels. I bought this historic home with 15 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms 35 years ago. For the last 28 years we have run a debt free non profit home for disabled Americans Veterans. We did an extensive 6 month restoration of this home in summer 2017. We bid every aspect of the job out. BY FAR SMART COATS was the PERFECT choice for our project. I never worked with a more professional contractor ever. They kept in constant contact, worked very hard, did an extreme lever of QUALITY AND DETAILING on our home. Their crew were some nicest guys we ever had the pleasure of working with. They were timely, CLEAN, respectful of our important residents and really made the extra effort to make an OUTSTANDING job for our Veterans, they are so proud of their new home! Look don't waste time with a guy in a pick up, hire the BEST, SMART COATS! they gave our VETS the best value for our money possible! We were not looking for a cheap job, we were focused on a GREAT JOB at very fair price. NO BETTER WAY TO PAINT ANY HOME or other project. I would use them over and over, as the go to painting company. YOU should too. * PS I don't know them, not related to them, I was not paid to write this I did because when I find a good a resource as good as this company, I want to share it with everyone I can. A great job deserves a great thank you and we thank SMART COATS for every day they were here. WE were so happy from day one we provided full coolers of cold drinks with ice all day, air conditioned dinning hall for lunch and picnic tables, each week we did a big BBQ for the guys! IT was a total pleasure. We LOVE our new 165 year old home! I would never trust this building with anyone other than SMART COATS!

From my first call booking the appointment to the final sign off this was a positive, professional experience. Ed and his team were responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. I had a full bathroom remodel and some tile work done and all turned out very well. Ed provided a detailed, written quote and was open to any changes or questions from me. I never once felt I was dealing with yet another dishonest or unreliable contractor. I will definitely use SmartCoats again.

Smart Coats is an honest, easy to work with company. We re-did two baths and a kitchen in a two family house over the holidays while many of the tenants were away. Ed and Ed worked hard to make sure the work was done with the least impact on those remaining in the house. Through the whole process - the planning, quoting, scheduling, doing the job and the final billing, the excellent communication and steady attention to this project showed the integrity of these two men (and their crew) and I highly recommend them. We are very pleased with the look and quality of our exterior painting work. It was a bigger undertaking than we were expecting, being first time home owners, but Ed and his crew were very accomodating of our neeeds and schedules. They even installed a lovely door and refitted the frame. During the whole process, they were very responsive via email, text and phone to coordinate around rain days and work schedules, as well as to answer our numerous questions. We felt confident in working with our project manager, Geldson, that he understood our color choices, locations and the many details we were hoping to acheive. He was also skilled in suggesting the perfect design touches with our new door. Overall the price was competitive with other bids we received. We feel we got an excellent deal and great service. We're looking forward to hiring them for our next project.
