Without question, best contractor we have ever used. Easy to work with, exceptional quality and craftsmanship. SNC is 100% dedicated to even the smallest of details. We used SNC for two bathroom remodels, as well as our kitchen. All three remodels turned out gorgeous. SNC will certainly be our choice from now on.

Working with Shaun Schumacher at SNC Construction was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. His professionalism and courtesy far exceeds anyone we have ever met. He was on the job daily with a huge smile, always checking to be sure the job is done right and that there were no snags. He is extremely fair, conscientious, honest, caring, professional, and very respectful of the home owner's property, and making sure his people cleaned up after themselves daily, sweeping and removing any daily debris. His only goal is YOU, the customer. SNC remodeled our bathroom, kitchen, living room and garage. I am proud to say that SNC gave us a home that far exceeded our expectations. In July of 2020, SNC remodeled our very dated 1960s kitchen, and did a few upgrades to our master bathroom. In sum, they refaced the cabinets, installed can lights, installed countertops/backsplashes, laid down tile (extending into the washer/dryer area), painted the kitchen (and bathroom), installed a new cooktop, vent, dishwasher, sink/disposal, and added a vent in the bathroom. Overall, we are extremely happy with the quality of their work. Sean is very easy to talk to, flexible, has a good eye for design (I think), and thoughtful about his choices and suggestions. He was on site every day, but that was almost unnecessary because his crew were all professional, friendly, and top notch. The timing was rough because it was during the pandemic/quarantine, plus, I was recovering from a surgery (we have a dog, too). But, they were very considerate and set us up so that we had easy access to the fridge, plus, they sealed off the work area which made us feel at ease about the dog, social distancing measures, and running the air conditioner. Sean and his team were on schedule, usually arrived early, and had everything cleaned up spic and span when they said they would. I have heard many horror stories from friends about contractors and remodeling, but nothing of the sort happened with SNC. I have used the services of SNC Construction for numerous home repair/replacement/re-modeling projects on my home and a rental home (I own) during the past approximately 10 years. The work involved: plumbing, electrical, painting, construction of a laundry room, replacement of redwood siding, insulation of walls, stucco and plaster repair/replacement, replacement of floor and bath/shower tile, a complete re-design of a kitchen and remodel of four bathrooms. My experience with Mr. Schumacher’s work has always been positive, honest, reliable, knowledgeable and timely. He provided high quality work, at a reasonable price. He always identified a solution to a problem or concept and offered alternatives that frequently were more economical. Mr. Schumacher also re-modeled two bathrooms in a relative’s house. He provided our relative the same level of professional service that he provided to me. Our relatives were very happy with the results. In the future, I would be more than willing to use his services again.

SNC Construction has done several jobs for me over the last 3 years and every time I've been blown away with their work. Shaun and his team does top notch work! They do an excellent job of communicating throughout the project and take the time to show you exactly what they will be doing and any additional costs involved. I will without a doubt be using SNC in the future and cannot recommend them highly enough!

SNC Construction was hired to remodel two bathrooms. Shaun's attention to detail, commitment to a high standard of quality and daily oversight of the project could not have been better. The common complaint of contractor delays and work day gaps did not happen with Shaun and his subcontractors. He is conscientious and dedicated to producing an exceptional result for the homeowner. I agree with the other great reviews posted here. Shaun is outstanding and I would recommend him for your next professional project.

Pays meticulous attention to detail. Takes pride in producing professional, fine work. Beautiful job. Just jumpin' up and down with delight over the finished product. Friendly and caring. The best. You can't find better. And very reasonable pricing for the excellent quality product we ended up with. And stayed on target for the deadline. WOW.

This is the fourth job I have had done by Shaun and his crew. I just had hardwood floors put in my master bedroom and slate floors put in my dressing room and closet. I had mirrored doors installed and all my doors and woodwork painted. Shaun removed the old carpet and prepped all the areas to be painted. Shaun and his crew were always on time and ready to work. They put down paper on the floors and covered things with plastic. All painted areas were masked. The job was completed on time and on budget. When starting time is 8:00 a.m., they are there ready to work. SNC Construction will be my first stop for all future remodeling work.

Shaun designed and developed our sales showroom/front office Tustin, CA. His attention to detail was above and beyond what we had expected. Walked us thru the process and his advice on details proved to be the best each time. He also always responded to our calls outside of the job site and answered all our questions. SNC is an amazing company! I can't say enough about the owner Shaun and his workers. I had Snc paint my whole house. Snc and his workers worked hard and efficient. My walls were beautiful, the work was great, no sloppy lines or uneven areas. It definetly made my house a home. Crazy what paint can do. Amazing!!! Next I also had snc make me my dream closet!!!The closet was perfect, no sloppy work the craftsmanship on the drawers and all of the built in was amazing. All of the edges were caulked for a flawless finish! And to think I almost went with closet world! That would of been a horrible mistake! Thank your Shaun and snc for making my house beautiful can't wait for the others projects throughout my house in the near future! If you want quality work go with snc!

SNC construction and Home Improvements does an amazing job. They painted my house and did a custom closet. I would highly recommend them to anybody that is looming for home improvements.
