We had an amazing experience with SouthFace on our kitchen remodel. They repeatedly proved to be efficient, friendly, and accessible. We were kept updated throughout the project, even outside of business hours. Any problems, oversights, or mistakes that we noted (and there were very few) were corrected quickly and professionally. They even connected us with an excellent plumber when we suffered an unrelated problem. They were very patient with us as first-time homeowners and renovators. All our concerns and questions were met with kindness and support, and they reassured us everything would be fine—and they were right. It’s been about six months, and no problems have surfaced. SouthFace has our strongest recommendation.

Johnny and Wes are very professional and customer focused. My project was exterior painting of fascia, soffit, exterior trim and outdoor furniture. The workmanship was excellent and the price was very affordable. I would highly recommend them for any home project no matter how big or small.

After meeting with several contractors, my husband and I confidently chose Johnny DeBlieux and SouthFace Renovations to tackle our chimney chase rebuild last spring. Johnny and his crew were able to diagnose the problem, educate us and complete the work efficiently. We were so pleased with the finished job and with the ease of working with Johnny and his crew that we contracted to have the painters stay on to paint the exterior of the house. SouthFace Renovations prepped and painted the entire exterior of my house and replaced three support brackets under eaves. Also demoed and removed existing chain link and wooden fence and constructed new 8' wooden fence to enclose back yard. I am over the top pleased with the job that Johnny and his team did at my house. This started as a paint job only. I interviewed a number of painters before settling on SouthFace Renovations, and none were just quite right. When I contacted Johnny, he returned my call within an hour, we agreed to meet the next day. We discussed my budget and some of the previous estimates, and he came back with a price and proposal that was exactly what I was looking for. Job was scheduled and work started inside of two weeks. The prep work that was done was absolutely impeccable. The crew did not miss anything - they actually spent about a week and a half straight washing, scraping, caulking, etc. before starting to paint. Everyone on the jobsite was friendly and respectful of the property. They even spent time picking up most of the paint chips from the yard when they were done. While they were working on the house, I inquired about having them tear down my existing fence and replace it. I had another company lined up to do that work, but after seeing how efficient SouthFace worked and seeing the quality and care of their work first hand, I actually paid a little more than I was going to pay the other company to have Johnny's crew do the job. One of my neighbors even hired them on the spot to continue the fence across the back of his yard. I will definitely use SouthFace again and I will tell anyone who will listen about what a positive and stress-free experience I had working with them. Aside from the quality of the work done and the fair price, the other driving factor is communication. Johnny is very plugged in with his clients, and very accessible. Throughout the entire process he explained what work was going to be done that day, he checked in frequently to give updates and make sure I was happy, he explained any delays or surprise issues thoroughly. If I didn't talk to Johnny I spoke with the job foreman. I always knew what was going on, they told me what they were going to do and they did it within the time promised. They even came back to help with odds and ends touches after the job was complete (breaking the seal on windows painted shut, hanging house numbers, etc. I have some interior paint projects that will need to be done later this year and I will definitely be using SouthFace!

Johnny's team sanded and painted 2 levels of iron railings on our home. Workmen were professional, on time and did an excellent job. The job was completed in the time frame promised. When we have larger projects in the future, we will definitely call On Southface!

Built roof over patio and replaced section of yard fence. Also painted interior of home. Both projects were done in a timely manner and all the guys were very skilled at their crafts. They were friendly and wonderful with my grandson who was fascinated with them. I will use them for future projects!

I am a local interior designer that had a client in need of a kitchen remodel. The general contractor on the job hired SouthFace Renovations to complete the remodel as well as an installation of a new covered deck. SouthFace Renovations was easy to work with, especially from the aspect of being the designer on the job. They went out of their way to ensure my design and plans for the project were met and exceeded expectations. The client was incredibly pleased with the end result and that can be attributed to the well working relationship between my design firm and the SouthFace team in order to complete the project on time, within budget and to the ability of SouthFace to execute the design plan that was approved by the client. Southface was a pleasure to have build my kitchen. Their work was precise, fairly priced, and timely. The crew was courteous, clean, and even interacted well with my three children. We lived in the house while doing a full kitchen remodel. By the end of the job we had become friends and I missed them when it was over. They have also come back to check on how the kitchen was settling and made any esthetic touch ups that were needed. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Southface Renovations was hired to paint the entire interior of our home, install and cut new base boards, paint our kitchen cabinets and replace all of our door hardware and hinges. Johnny, Wes and their crew did a wonderful job on our home! They were very detail oriented and all their crew members were extremely polite and respectful of our home.
