I simply could not be happier about the entire planning process, construction, the expedient service from Splash's team of contractors and specialists. As much as we all think we can do this, or that, OR save money by bringing in a "friend/buddy" that can assist in reducing costs here and there...I can tell you, don't do it. I have used Splash twice on two different homes and I simply will not use anyone else ever again. Their communication was tremendous, almost daily during the throes of de-construction, re-construction and completion. I love my condo. They touched every square foot and made this old nasty dark and dirty place brand new! The intricate design in creating storage options throughout are simply amazing. Thank you SPLASH!

Splash Kitchens & Baths exceeded my expectations. They were talented, responsive, patient with my big/sometimes ambiguous vision and incredibly knowledgable. They could translate my needs into beautiful, smart, functional design; always reassuring me when I couldn't see the full picture. Their organization, precision and dedication to time management and budget was impressive. They started on time and ended on time and moved mountains when there were hiccups. I would highly recommend them to anyone remodeling a kitchen and will use them again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Splash team. They were hired to do a much-needed complete renovation on a small bathroom in our home. I was working with a very tight timeline (baby on the way) and they were so kind to see this project to completion within our desired deadlines. During the planning stages, Cathy only needed a few photos of things I loved before she knew exactly what our space needed to make me happiest. Her ideas and taste are incredible and I left that meeting feeling so excited for what was to come. Every interaction with the Splash team was professional and personable. I truly felt that each member of the team (from the labor crew to billing, etc.) cared about our satisfaction with the entire process from start to finish. Our finished bathroom is stunning and I could not be happier with the outcome. Many, many thanks to the wonderful Splash team and I hope to work with them again on future projects!

Complete remodel of our outdated kitchen. Contract included engineering and design. Demo of existing kitchen, add and update of electrical, lighting and appliances. Repair sheet rock, provide new cabinets/install, plumbing, tile stone backsplash, painting and trim. All this was done in a timely manner and well organized by the Project Manager. All the personnel involved in this major job were professionals in their respective fields. The all were very respectful of us and our property. To sum up in one word Outstanding!

We were so pleased with our experience with Splash! Our new basement kitchen couldn't be more beautiful, and Splash made everything so easy--from design to completion. They were a joy to work with, and they followed through on every deadline and promise. The finishes and quality are unlike anything we've seen in our neighborhood and area!

We just completed a long-overdue remodel of our master bath / bedroom. This was our third project with Splash, and without question, we would use them again in the future. Though our project was small compared to many that they undertake, we never felt that ours was any less important. We have used Splash for multiple projects in our house and have never been disappointed. The latest project went very smoothly and was actually completed a week ahead of schedule. All workers were courteous, clean, and showed up when they were expected. The attention to detail when using Splash is beyond compare. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. We are thrilled with the results!

Splash has been wonderful to work with while designing and installing a handicapped shower for our daughter. Beautiful workmanship and professional design staff made the process easier for our family. Prior to purchasing our home, Splash had renovated 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. These areas are two of the main reasons we purchased this home. We will hire them again for future projects. So very pleased that this project only took 3 weeks!

Used splash for complete kitchen and four bath design, build and management. I am very satisfied with all that they did and would recommend them to family and friends.

Splash did an excellent job on the re-design of our kitchen, baths, and entire living space in our river front condo. They were VERY patient dealing with the HOA and were attentive to the need to maintain the historic feel.

Splash did an outstanding job on my total kitchen redesign and renovation. The project was completed exactly within the timeframe & there were no budget surprises. The entire staff is innovative, helpful, and experienced. Highly, highly recommend them.

If I could give no stars I might consider that, but the one star is for the subcontractors. I thank them for keeping me from falling apart during this renovation. Showroom/store is pretty. Use of builder schedule/calendar website is a good idea. However the Winslows use this as the primary and almost exclusive mode of communication. Designer turnover(I don't recognize any designer names from the reviews, and a new designer came in to the middle of my project), Unimaginative and rushed design plan, 2 dimensional plans flawed and inaccurate when actual renovation started. Never admitted mistakes. The designers came to my house only twice during my 12 week renovation, once because I insisted they come due to a major design flaw(framing in 12 square feet of my kitchen to create a passthrough with no function) 2nd time they just dropped in because they were in the neighborhood. I never saw Cathy Winslow(owner and designer) again after I gave her our initial payment for $35,000 and signed the contracts. I did have one unpleasant phone conversation with her. Sandy(owner) states he was at my house "many" times, I saw him only once after my unpleasant conversation with his wife. I never saw him again. In my opinion, Sandy doesn't do face to face communication well, but he can write a long and elaborate email. He stated several times in an email to me and my husband that he didn't want to "upset" me, as if I was a child. Very unprofessional and offensive. The bottom line for me. The quality of the work is fine. The subcontractors were good. I had a miserable experience dealing with the Winslows, Splash. I'm unhappy with the final product, this kitchen doesn't reflect, the rest of my home and what I envisioned my kitchen to look like, frankly I'm just sad about it. I kept good and kind communication with all the people that came and went from my home. I was not unreasonable. We paid every bill in full and on time for this very expensive project. The Winslows, and/or the designers, have never stepped foot in my kitchen to see the final product! Yes, you read that correctly, Splash has never come back to see the finished kitchen. Why? beacuse they know I'm not happy with the final design? Very unprofessional. I do blame myself for using them, and trusting them. I certainly paid the price. I have never written a bad online review before, but one of the reasons I went with Splash was because they only had good reviews. I felt it was important for any potential consumers to see my review so they can make an informed decision. This was our experience and review.
