We are extremely sorry that you are disappointed with your project. We thought the project turned out beautifully and are distressed to hear of your displeasure. The project Lead was led to believe that you were completely satisfied on the final walk though.
We use BuilderTrend as our online schedule and communication system. It is used by thousands of contractors across the country and our clients love the ease of use and the ability to know exactly where their project stands in terms of scheduling, change orders, payments etc. This system is an efficient and easy to use means of staying abreast of all aspects of a project but is never meant to take the place of voice or in person meetings.
Our design staff made multiple onsite visits and conducted numerous phone conferences so the reference to lack of communication is perplexing. Moreover, Sandy Winslow, as Project Manager visits every job multiple times a week and did so with Mrs. Goldman's project. However, our field Leads are trained to execute our projects regardless of the number of visits by the Project Manager.
After many years in business with hundreds of happy and satisfied clients and it should be important to point out not one bad review across multiple review sites, it is distressing to have a client that is unhappy.
